“Very nice.”

Great hotel - one of the best in the town. The hotel is a great place to hang out and El-Gouna -the town has a reasonable choice to shops, food and activities. The hotel reception can book you onto tours which are a good way to get away from the crowds. Overall the whole area felt very safe and most traders in town have a policy of not hassling tourists which makes it stand out from other parts of Egypt.

“Beautiful, clean and good restaurants”

This resort is an oasis in littered Egypt. This was our second visit. Very happy both times. We like to snorkel and the reef isn't the best in the Red Sea, but pretty nice nonetheless. The restaurants are all very good and the breakfast is great. Not a cheap place at all by Egyptian prices, but very resonable by western prices. All of El Gouna is very nice.

“lovely hotel with exception standard of service”

This is a very good hotel with excellent facilities, an excellent position and a very good selection and quality of food. What makes this hotel stand out from others is the staff. Without exception the staff were helpful, polite, happy, curteous and spoke excellent english. The service they gave was efficient and nothing was too much trouble. This service and attitude was repeated throughout all the staff from the cleaning staff, restaurant staff throught to reception and management personnel. We would definately recommend this hotel and hopt to stay there again ourselves.

“They Need to Change Management!!!”

Love the hotel and been there few times already, great facility and really enjoyed my time, only thing is had a huge argument in the restaurant on the pool with the Director of Food and Beverage, to say the least the man was arogant, impolite and agrecieve. Will not consider going there again as long as their managemnet is like this!!!! simply they know nothing about the hospitality business.
