I’ll never book with Expedia again,I’ve got a price on the website went to the Hotel they told me you’re an egyptian this price is not for Egyptians, and you have to pay the difference to be able to check in, I contacted Expedia with no help from their side, I had to pay the difference, I sent Expedia a receipt with the difference they denied it, sent them a new stamped one never got back from the, your money on Expedia is not in safe hands !!!!!!!!

Nice hotel beautiful ground but limited !
It's not your luxurious style Resort but we had a woundergul time . The people makes you feel welcome . I love the music every where both Arabic and others . Food is a style buffet very decent but no specialty restaurants as part of your all inclusive package . No internate in the room available in the lobby . Bathrooms clean but outdated . Still I would not hesitate to stay here again , worth every dollar we paid . Thanks to all of what made our 50th anniversary celebration a memorable one!

Nice hotel
The Hotel is pretty. The manager is really nice, this hotel caters to Russian who have totally different expectations. They are noisy and you would not like to be there. The restaurant is a disaster, food did not look good at all.

Good swimming, no real beach, awful food
At $47 for two, with all meals included, this was an excellent bargain (although the food was so bad that I can't call it a great "value"). Rooms are modern, spacious, and well-maintained, and even our “garden view” room did give us a glimpse of the Red Sea. There is also a series of beautifully arranged, clean swimming pools of varying depths (mercifully, the shallowest are nicely set up with water attractions for the kiddies). But if you are hoping for leisurely strolls along a sandy shore, building sand castles or looking for sea shells, you will be disappointed. Although the hotel does have a private waterfront, it isn't really a “beach” in the usual sense. Instead, the shoreline consists of stone steps, with a few sets of handrails, leading into a very shallow expanse of water that extends perhaps 50 yards into the sea. Going farther out, you will stub all ten toes on the ubiquitous rocks, until you notice the trail of tourists walking down a narrow, sandy waterpath to the deeper waters. Once there, you can enjoy a nice saltwater swim with moderate waves. In short, if you are looking for reliable sleeping quarters and swimming, or a place where you can afford to take the whole family, this hotel will do. But if you want a relaxing, romantic getaway or first-class service, look elsewhere. It's too bad, because it really is a nice facility. Hotel caters primarily to Russians, so staff will address you in Russian until they know you!

Decent hotel
The food wasn't that great and the rooms were not nice at all but the pools and beach were amazing they also have a little night club inside which is nice since all the other clubs are very far away

Facilities were extremely clean and the pool area & beach were superb. Could not fault the cleanliness. However, rooms were tired and the hotel needed a refurb in general. Staff were friendly.

Great for all inclusive by the sea
This is a decent place to stay if you want to have a no worries holiday in the sun. It is a bit far from town but there are plenty of things around and the hotel will setup tours into the desert or on a boat out to some of the coral reef for snorkeling.

員工很友善 吃的自助餐很多元， 價位不貴，是來到紅海虎加達的好選擇
以價位來講還不貴， 在這個度假村 全包式服務一天吃三餐都是自助式吃到飽， 真的也不要要求太多，個人是覺得還不錯， 到了下午的時候大約5點鐘，出來看看夕陽，吹吹海風很舒服

La peggior vacanza trascorsa in Egitto
Un Albergo da cancellare,da l'esterno sembra tutto ok,ma quando entri nei particolari,da cambiarlo subito. All'arrivo aria condizionata non funzionava,la cena era una sauna,roba che uscivi e dovevi ritornare in doccia,forse perche era in arrivo il temporale,e l'aria era umida. Il cibo non era adeguato al nostro palato,pasta scotta tipo purè di patate,ma altri popoli mangiavano di tutto,forse per loro era tutto normale,la pulizia delle camere,non era proprio adeguata,ti tolgono gli asciugamani la mattina,e non sono mai riuscito a capire perche non li sostituivano subito,pensate un giorno,ho chiesto degli asciugamani alle 14,00,erano le 22,00 e non li avevano portati,quindi ritorna per l'ennesima volta in Reception a reclamare con qualche urlo di troppo,ripeto per gli asciugamani... L'esterno e poco curato,le piscine sempre quasi sporche,lettini e materassi di vecchio stampo. Insomma vacanza da dimenticare,eppure sono 26 anni che vado in quei luoghi,questo albergo e stato il peggiore.

Hôtel agréable, personnel souriant et serviable
J'ai passé 8 jours inoubliables dans ce magnifique hôtel à Hurghada. J'ai bénéficié d'une chambre très propre et confortable avec vue sur mer. Le personnel est souriant, agréable et extrêmement serviable. Tout au long de la journée, des activités physiques sont organisées autour de la piscine (danse orientale, Zumba, Aquagym etc). Le soir, des spectacles et de la musique live sans compter que l'hôtel compte une discothèque sur son site. Je vous recommande vivement cet hôtel qui vous fera complétement oublié la grisaille parisienne, qui vous liera à des personnes agréables et chaleureuses, un vrai dépaysement et une très belle escapade.

Das Hotel hat einen wunderschönen Gärten, die Zimmer sind sauber aber schon etwas abgelebt. Das Personal ist sehr höflich aber oft fehlt die Liebe zum Detail, die Tische nach dem Essen werden abgeräumt nur leider nicht gleich wieder neu eingedeckt, so musste man bei jeder Mahlzeit erstmal Besteck von anderen Tischen holen. Das Essen war sehr gut, es gab große Auswahl. Die extra angebotenen Diner sind ihr Geld nicht wert. Tipp für Alleinreisende Frauen: vereinzelte Serviceangestellte stecken einem schonmal die Telefonnummer zu. Alles in allem war Preis - Leistung ok, sehr viele russische Gäste

Der manglede konstant øl i de forskellige barer. Maden var generel kedelig og der manglede også hele tiden mad. Hotellet ligger langt væk fra ALT - Der er ingen handle muligheder i nærheden. Hotellet ligger nærmest på stranden, men der er ikke sandstrand - Der er en stejl beton kant som man ikke kan komme ned ad. For at komme i havet skal man benytte en trappe. Badeværelserne er under al kritik, der blev ikke fyldt op med sæbe og toiletpapir! Dette hotel lever ikke op til at være et 4 stjernet hotel.

Cette hôtel n'est pas un véritable 5 étoiles, mais le personnel reste très accueillant. Beaucoup de clients russes malheureusement mal éduqués, qui paraissent choqués de voir des couples mixtes. ( je suis antillais et ma compagne métropolitaine ).

Хорошая ухоженная территория, просторные номера, хорошие бассейны. Плюсы на этом заканчиваются(. Отдыхают здесь почти только наши соотечественники, которые не жаловаться не привыкли. Поэтому в столовой очереди - за всем. Сыр выдают по 1 кусочку в руки. Вино по"все включено" наливают только в вестибюле отеля, выносить его оттуда нельзя. В номерах сломаны выключатели и лампочки отваливаются. Душ разбрызгивает воду во все стороны. В море около 100 м от пляжа - глубина по колено, дно - смесь глины с песком, вода мутная. Никаких кораллов и рыбок. Комаров травят 2 раза в день, но их все равно много, спать с открытым окном не получится. Так что если вы хотите вспомнить, как выглядели очереди за сыром, если вам достаточно бассейна и не нужно море - то вам сюда. И не забудьте "Фумитокс".

God til nyder ferie og sol..
Vi ankomst og fik besked med det samme op og spise frokost, mens de ordne papir og værelse osv. Så fik vi først en fejl anden værelse (vi havde købt pooludsigt), så fik vi med det samme ny anden værelse som er bedre.. Og maden er fint - skrift ikke forvoldsomt, men måske 2-3forskellige som skrift hverdag - resten samme.. Værelse er fint og stor - rengøring hverdag, og reder sengetøj, men ikke skrift sengetøj - vi sover 1 uge samme lagen. Pool og strand er dejlig, men er jo allerede træt efter de folk som kommer forbi helt tiden og vil sælge osv, når man er kommer for nyder ferien og sol..

Avevo prenotato una camera vista mare, mi sono ritrovato in una camera al piano terra vista caldaie, avevo prenotato una tripla e nonostante in nostro arrivo a mezzanotte non era ancora pronto il terzo e abbiamo dovuto aspettare 10 minuti che lo venissero ad aggiungere. Hotel indirizzato esclusivamente a una clientela russa, maleducati e sempre brilli grazie all'inclusive di alcol, ristorante italiano penoso, ristorante a buffet con poca scelta e bassa qualità. Aree comuni molto belle e ben curate, piscine grandi e bei giardini. Mare davanti l'hotel buono, peccato non sia possibile fare una passeggiata sull'arenile e neanche arrivare sul pontile del vicino hotel.

Bra fellesområder og strand, men dårlige rom
Rommet tilfredsstiller på ingen måte 4 stjerner, og det var i tillegg til å være slitt og stygt masse maur og det var et styr å få håndklær, såpe osv.. Fellesområdene var bra, servicen var varierende, men ofte bra. Kjempefin strand og grei mat. Forøvrig var vi de eneste norske, det var russere over alt.

Hotel Festival Riviera Hurghada
Bij verlate aankomst op 20-12-2010 om 23.00 was er voor ons nog gelegenheid om warm te eten. Kamer met individueel te bedienen airco was ruim en wij hadden vanaf ons kleine balkon uitzicht op zee, zwembad en de tuinen. Afwerking badkamer matig, douchwater blijft te lang staan. Lobby was sfeervol ingericht met de aanwezigheid van wat kleine winkeltjes waar je souvenirs en snacks kon krijgen. In de lobby was een mogelijkheid om Egyptisch geld te pinnen. Er was in het buffet restaurant vanaf het ontbeid tot diner voldoende aanbod en keuze en werd er regelmatig aangevuld. Ons bezoek aan het a la card restaurant is ook goed bevallen, prima bediening en keuze uit een aantal specifieke gerechten in een mooie rustige sfeer. Zowel in het hotel als buiten op de terrassen en bij het zwembad kon je de gehele dag door drinken en eten krijgen en ieder dag vers mineraalwater op de kamer. Welness/Spa was klein en zonder afspraak bij massage kon je niet gebruik maken van sauna, dampbad etc. Er was één groot verwarmd zwembad en enkele onverwarmde baden. Op het strand werden iedere dag onder begeleiding van het animatie team diverse activiteiten gehouden en de bezoekers werden positief benaderd om deel te nemen. Het personeel was in het algemeen opgewekt en behulpzaam. De gasten bestaan voor het overgrote deel uit Russen wat het in de communicatie wat moeilijker maakt, de Russen spreken overwegend geen Engels of Duits, het personeel doet z’n best om zich verstaanbaar te maken. Het aangelegde strand loopt langzaam af en is hierdoor prima geschikt om te zwemmen, ook kan er gesnorkeld worden echter het koraal wat aanwezig is zwaar beschadigd. Vissen zijn er wel te zien en dus toch te moeite waard. Om wel mooi koraal te zien zal je dus op een boot excursie moeten gaan. De omgeving buiten het hotel is (nog) niet ontwikkeld en je bent dus genoodzaakt om met een taxi naar Hurghada of El Gouna te gaan beide op 20 á 30 minuten afstand. Shoppen (Hurghada) en omgeving bekijken (El Gouna) is zeker de moeite waard. De verkopers in Hurghada zijn wel opdringerig houd hier rekening mee en wees zelf duidelijk wat je wel en niet wild. In het algemeen kan ik stellen dat ons verblijft prettig is geweest en voor herhaling vatbaar.
