"I was truly impressed with Arabella Azur. The architecture is in the traditional Coptic style, with domed ceilings above beds naturally making bedrooms cooler. The layout of the resort has a series of passageways that can be a little confusing at first, but mean you can stay out of the glaring sun when you choose and makes it not seem like a large scale resort. Their dive centre is excellent as is their hotel reef, with snorkelling just off the beach ideal. The food is dynamic and there are enough restaurants to choose from, so you don't get bored. Though as always, with All Inclusive, if you stick to one menu theme for each meal, rather than a bit of everything, every time, it will continue to surprise and delight. Above all, the staff are kind and friendly. The security at the main street front gate seems excessive, but offers you peace of mind. It's located within easy reach of the airport and the town, and there's a parade of shops inside the compound as well as another just outside the gates, so even if you like to stay put on a resort, you're covered. I like to give a balanced review, but to be honest, I really enjoyed my stay and can't think of anything that was bad. I hope you enjoy your stay too!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Palace resort. Amazing service. Everyone there was cheerful and polite. Stand out were Mahmoud at the pool who was always helpful with finding us sunbeds, Emad at reception helped with booking one of the 4 a la carte restaurants when it was already fully booked. The hotel organised our trek to Cairo and Giza to see the Pyramids with a much better price than on line. Thomas was our driver and guide and was brilliant all day. The trip is not for the faint hearted (7 hrs there and 5 hrs drive back), but a great adventure. They have a heated outside pool as we had a couple of windy days which even though the temperature was in high 20s made swimming more enjoyable. All in all it was a memorable holiday."

"Great hotel! Typical Egyptian resort, super friendly staff, food was amazing, location incredible. Some rooms a little tired but nothing noticeable. Entertainment team were fantastic. The show is quite loud until 11 but plenty of room options away from it. "
