The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom room was so sticky and gross. The pullout couch touches the other bed and you can’t get around without crawling over beds.

Awesome!!
We had a good time staying for my granddaughters 13th birthday. she and her three friends really enjoyed their selves making taco salad in the kitchen.

Literally one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff was super friendly, but our room was disgusting and most of the things in the room were broken. Even after telling them the room wasn't clean they didn't do anything about it, even though they apologized and said they would. The air in the room was musty and wet and the AC units pushed out nasty air. It literally ruined our labor day week get away.

The staff was super nice and accommodating, but they facility needs upgrading. The room furniture was worm ans you have to request house keeping services, fresh towels and toilet paper. They need to get some real blankets.

The Photo was deceptive! I thought that I was getting a separate bedroom & living area with a full kitchen. But it turned out to be a one room Studio. The room was on the other side of the wall from the Kitchen that makes the Breakfast Buffet. They started banging pots & cooking LOUDLY at 5a.m.!!

I’m in a wheelchair and I got put in a none accessible room and couldn’t use that bathroom or the shower. So they took off $20 . I would have loved being able to use the restroom and taken a shower!

Wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed but don’t think up to Marriott standards. The kitchen faucet and sink were not clean and there was mold around the handicap handle going into the tub. There was a dirty cleaning rag hanging over the shower curtain. Probably would not stay there again.

The staff was 1st class, efficient and always friendly & helpful. My electronic room keys were fussy, but the staff was so friendly & helpful each time, it was a minor flaw. I would have loved to stay longer, but duty calls. :) Staff around the clock were 1st rate!

Started out that the room they put us in the AC in the bedroom didn't work. They easily switched us to another room but we had already started unpacking. The next room you could smell the smoke in the bedroom even though we booked non smoking. We booked the room for 3 people and they only gave us 2 towels, 2 forks and no bedding for the pull out. Had to go back to the desk again. Then half of the tv channels didn't work which they told us it happens from time to time. The breakfast was minimal and the refrigerator that had the milk and yogurt in was hot for 2 days. Nobody ever came to clean the rooms and we had to ask for a garbage bag and more towels twice. We then had to take our own garbage out. Putting the smoking area right next to the front door is definitely not the best spot either. Overall I feel like I definitely was overcharged for what I received and would not stay here again.

Worst HOTEL EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD
Our room was flood the next morning. staff said it was dish washer when we checked inn! Sofa bed was disgusting rusted and huge yellow spots like as if bodily fluid present!! Ask to be move to another room the same thing happen . I checked out and couldn’t get my refund back!!!! Do not rent rooms here they DO NOT FOLLOW CDC GUIDELINES!!! As well as sofa bed and King bed foot to foot no room at all

Noise Complaints
We were told that we had three noise complaints made against us within the first 4 hours of our arrival. The first one was while I was making a quick dinner, my kids did get a little loud so I made them quiet down before we got the phone call that there was a complaint. The second time, we were sitting down eating when we got a knock at the door from a lady from the front desk asking us to quiet down. We were all sitting down eating and not being loud at all so I can only assume it was because we pulled out the chairs and it made noise. A little later we were sitting at the table playing a game of UNO and making sure we were all whispering and not making much noise. When we were finished we pushed the chairs in and sat down to watch a movie and before we could even start it we got another phone call from the front desk telling us to calm down because it was the third noise complaint in 4 hours. I then made my kids quietly lay in the beds with their tablets and made them tip toe to the bathroom any time they had to go to avoid making any noise which is ridiculous. Not to mention we heard the dog below us barking most of the evening and night but I am assuming they are the ones who complained about our noise. I was very upset at the way the staff handled the situation. We've stayed at many hotels and never had any complaints. We will definitely not be back. The rooms were outdated, lamp shades were stained, carpets were stained and for the price we paid I was not impressed.

Beware of roaches!!
All that needs to be said about this property is that it has roaches and the staff at the front desk can’t seem to answer the front door when you dial zero from the phone outside the door. The tv also didn’t work when we got in the room and we had to call for them to come and fix it..furthermore the dishwasher was running when we got in the room as well. Like clearly they did a rush job attempting to clean it. Would NEVER stay here again and would NOT recommend!!! Don’t waste your money

Staff was very friendly. Our room was a bit dirty and worn flooring. We were also missing a coffee pot. Breakfast was sub-par. We have been to several hotels in the past months and this bagged breakfast was by far the poorest. We didn't even bother to get one on the second day. I would hesitate to chose this hotel again if I could get a better option.

Overall a modest facility. The facility seems a bit dated but was clean. The rooms are tight and the kitchen is probably too small to do anything more than boil pasta. Our room AC unit was not able to keep the room at a comfortable temp. Stayed here for the price, but probably would not stay here again.

Very accurate and great price for what you get! We were disappointed that the pool was dirty and that they did not have warm items in their grab and go breakfast, but these are understandable in Covid-19 stays. Location was great and overall would stay here again!
