“" Very Pleased "”

We really enjoyed our stay at this Hampton Inn and would stay here again on our next trip to Huntsville. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was with the air conditioner the first night, we notified the front desk staff and she offered a fan which we didn't need because the fan on the air conditioner was enough to keep us comfortable. She told us while we were out the next day they would have it fixed. When we arrived the next day from our outings the room was nice and cool they had installed a new panel and the air was great! Also enjoyed the breakfast, the bed's were comfortable a little smaller than we are use to. Over all Great Place to stay!

“Satisfied with stay”

Although this is a nice hotel it was off the I-65 by about 15 miles. I really would have rather stayed along the highway. The hotel was nice it was clean and they had a nice breakfast setup.

we wound up with 2 double beds instead of a king but everything else was great

“Never make that mistake again”

I have never been to a Hampton that was not modern, clean and safe. This one was none of those. The inside of the room was in fair condition, but looking or walking outside was scary. Hard to believe this was a Hampton.
