“Excellent Quality and Service”
I booked with the Delta Grandview because I had heard positive things about the resort. So often when I travel, I would rate the services and personel of a hotel as satisfactory. They do their job and I would leave content. However, at the Delta Grandview, the employees went well beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. From maintenance shoveling snow very quietly at 7 A.M., to offering a free upgraded room because one just became available, to one of the best outdoor ice rinks I have played hockey on, our stay was amazing.
“Service above and beyond”
We booked this hotel using a free Friday night coupon along with an very good weekend rate through one of the Expedia special deals. All totaled we probably spent much less than one would normally expect to pay for 1 night, but upon check-in, the staff at the Grandview treated us like VIPs. Our room was fairly small, but nicely decorated, with a large, comfortable bed. We were quite happy with the room; however, early the next morning; we awoke to an apparent herd of moose going wild upstairs. It seems the folks above us had kids with lots of energy and unfortunately they unleashed it above our heads. After breakfast I went to the front desk to see if they could speak with the guests above us about keeping to noise down the next morning. When the clerk looked into this, she immediately apologized and told us that they were the unit owners and she could not make that request. She did however, ask me to hold on and she quickly went to her records and told me that she could move us to another room. I was quite pleased with this (I didn't even have to ask) and within a few minutes I had new keys. When we went to the new room with our things (the desk clerk had offered help, but I declined) our jaws dropped. We had been moved into a luxury one bedroom suite, complete with full kitchen, fireplace, deck and large Jacuzzi tub. The rest of our weekend was fantastic and we left with the knowledge that superb customer service is alive and thriving at the Delta Grandview.
“Enjoy it every time we visit :)”
We always enjoy Grandview for its quaintness, non-commercialized, cozy, serene, warm and homey atmosphere. Food is always superb and well-priced in the Dining Room and so is service. Great place for family reunions, families with younger ones and couples.
“A good time, even on a rainy weekend”
The resort made up for the lousy weather experienced the weekend we traveled. There is lots to see in the area and the free amenities were a joy (canoe, tennis, pool).
“A great place for a getaway”
We enjoyed our stay extremely. The suite we got was clean, very well equipped, spacious and had great views. Had a very relaxing weekend. This is our second time in the Delta Grandview, and definitely not the last
“Great trip - comfortable - some aging appliances & tableware”
The hotel was great and everything was very comfortable. The only drawback was some of the appliances and tableware are beginning to show their age. However, we enjoyed our visit and would definitely go back.

“Resort exceeded my expectations”
The quality and service of this resort exceeded my expectations. The grounds and rooms were beautiful, the service was great. The free golf was unexpected.
“Very nice in Summer”
Have only been to this hotel in the dead of winter and never enjoyed the location. Good place for families, lots for them to do. My only complaint this time was the food at the outdoor grill doesn't offer much choice and somewhat overpriced for the quality. Next time will pay a little more and get a room with a kitchenette.
“Amazing Service!”
Stayed here for a wedding last week and was really impressed with the service. From the front desk to lounge wait staff to the drivers working the shuttle service - everyone was really friendly and accommodating.
