The hotel is being upgraded, and has great upgrades to the rooms; flooring, fresh paint. Cleanliness needed some work. There was obvious blood splatter on the wall and inside door of the bathroom. Also, we were in town for a wedding keeping a very busy schedule, stayed Friday and Saturday nights and were rudely awakem by housekeeping each morning and I still have no idea what they were asking us (in Spanish). Very unnecessary.

Our room was extremely clean & up to date. It was stocked with the necessities & air conditioning was on already. The pillows were so comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious & plentiful. Definitely recommend this motel.

We apologize it was not a more positive experience, but do thank you for letting us know about the maintenance issues so they can be addressed. Additionally, we provide housekeeping service everyday unless you have a DND sign and housekeeper are not allowed to enter your room. Also, we have a new breakfast person in training that could have resulted into runny gravy, but I have address this comments and has helped him to make it better now. Again, we apologize, but hope you afford us the opportunity to better serve you in the future.

The pictures and description on Expedia are misleading. This is an old motel that was rehabed - the vinyl plank flooring and new tub gave it a slightly updated feel. The real disappointment was the breakfast - no protein (except on the weekends I was told). Almost all simple carbs - nothing to eat for anyone on a low carb diet or with diabetes. On the positive note, the front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and apologetic about the limited breakfast. After arriving, we stayed ONLY because of the proximity to our event. Especially for the price they charge, I expected MUCH better.

We checked in late, asked for a late checkout when we checked in. Our 16 yr old daughter and our 6 yrs old son were asleep this morning and they knew we went Christmas shopping before they woke up. Housekeeping was beating down the door at 830 this morning and started my 6yr old! He was crying cause he was scared that she was going to come through the door! My daughter called me and I could hear the housekeeper yelling at my children that they need to leave!! I called the front desk no answer. I raced back to the hotel, MY CHILDREN WHERE SHAKING out of fear!!!! Who does that to children??!!!!! When I went to the front desk to talk to them about the situation they asked which housekeeper it was, my daughter said she was a thicker lady. The front desk snarled and said that we didn’t have to be so rude! I am in complete shock by the customer service at this hotel! I am a GM of a hotel and I would have fired every single one of them! You can’t successfully run a hospitality business on customer service performance like that…. I hope you get your crews attitudes in line before your business goes under. Out of the 18 yrs I’ve been traveling and staying in hotels and running hotels I have NEVER experienced this type of treatment! You should be ashamed!

It was decent until a local event swamped the hotels and we weren’t able to extend our reservation and the cost for the room went from $70ish to $130ish overnight!

Not well maintained, room as well. Inset toilet paper holder was loose from the wall, the HVAC made very loud noises as did the refrigerator. A small flat screen TV. This is the second stay in smaller towns that Wyndham is not monitoring the quality of it's properties. Wyndham is off my list of choice.

1. Expedia said one of the amenities was a rollaway bed but we had to pay $20 for a bed. 2. Hotel said reservation was a handicap room but the reservation was for a regular room. 3. The door that connects to the next room is too thin and we could clearly hear the other guests. 4. There was what we hope it was ketchup on the headboard of the bed. 5. The bathroom floor had 2 marks (burn marks I think) but it looks like poop!

Guy that checked me in was rude. Beer bottle caps were stuck under the platform bed. My towels at the sink were used. Iron and ironing board were dirty and stained my clothes. Will not be using Days Inn or Expedia again.

Basic accommodations with minimal assistance at check-in. Exterior was average but the interior looks like it needs updating. Had to ask for 2nd key, had to ask for sheets/bedding for the hide-a-bed.

There were several bugs in the room (bathroom, bathtub, vanity/sink). I stayed two nights and drank the one cup of regular coffee the first morning. There was not another coffee package provided so I was not able to make coffee the second morning. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave.

The property was very nice, the night audit lady was amazing and made our stay outstanding! We traveled from midland had bad experiences with 2 other hotels and she got us in fast. There was stains on the comforter and stuff on the wall other than that it was amazing. Thank you for having a great front desk lady she gets 10 stars all the way!
