Also, we have a new breakfast person in training that could have resulted into runny gravy, but I have address this comments and has helped him to make it better now. We are sorry you were not aware of the additional charge for the rollaway bed. For future reference, any amenity charges are listed under hotel policies on each booking site. 2&3. Unfortunately, the reservation came through to our system as an accessible room and we did not have a standard double queen we could change it to. 4&5.
