“Very satisfied”
Comfortable, clean, convenient, spacious chain hotel.
“Outstanding customer service and cleanliness!”
The hotel is located in a very quite area of Baltimore/Towson area, but not far from shopping and restaurants. Our room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The bed was a little to hard for our liking, but that was the only draw back. The outside BBQ pit area was very homey. There was coffee and hot water available in the lobby area all day and night, bowls of fresh fruit and newspapers, nice touch! Upon arrival, the front desk worker, treated our dog warmly, even the maintenance man played with our dog. Cannot wait to return to this hotel. If you are looking for a seafood restaurant, DO NOT GO TO OCEAN PRIDE SEAFOOD, which was recommended by the hotel staff.
“Truly exceptional experience!”
This is a 6 month-old facility. There were 3 adults in our party. The room (king suite w/sofa bed) was STUNNING, particularly for the Expedia price . It would be particularly well-suited for a longer-term stay, with complete - and I mean COMPLETE kitchen -full sized fridge, 2 burner stove, pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc. (cloth napkins!!!), dishwasher, Silestone-type counter-tops, beautiful cabinetry, microwave, spacious sitting area, etc. (I can imagine that there are many travelers out there who might wish for this kitchen in their own home!) High-quality bed and bedding. Separate vanity sink/toilet configuration. Quiet (we were on the top floor). Staff was extremely friendly. Full breakfast, with eggs, potatoes, sausage, lots of fresh fruit plus all the usual 'continental breakfast' stuff that suffices for a 'complete breakfast' at most other comparable places. Coffee was above-average - :) Location is very close to the Baltimore light-rail system as well as a very nice shopping center, grocery, etc. Location is not tourist-oriented - might be inconvenient for anyone traveling sans auto. On-site limited 'grocery'. Indoor pool and other amenities- which we did not use - so will not comment upon - though they appeared to be at the same level of quality. No, this isn't a five-star hotel - but, in many ways, it certainly seemed like one !! - this is an excellent value.
“pet friendly hunt valley hotel”
very comfortable, good beds, welcomed our little dog, there was noise from a wedding and when I called the front desk they said they were moving the group to a private room to keep them more quiet and that worked.
“The Pearl in the Business Park”
Loved the outdoor fire pit surrounded by comfortable sofas and chairs! Used it daytime and nighttime. Lovely hotel -- lobby and pool area was great. Breakfast was fine. My only complaint was with the sleep sofa. I expected a top-of-the-line mattress to match that of the bed. It was not -- the mattress was on the thin side and had that uncomfortable bar in it. My friend that slept in absolutely got the short end of the stick! Actually, it surprised me because everything else about the hotel and room was way above average.
