The only complaint was the lack of a non stick tub liner.The tub was very slick and could have used a grab bar as well. "I was victim of a credit card fraud 2 days before traveling, so it couldn’t get replaced in time. Before arriving at the hotel pass 9:00 PM, we had traveled all day to visit Olympic National Park. The lady at the reception was incapabke to change the credit on the record in order to complete the check-in. We had to wait more ghan 30 minutes before getting our room. Worst experience in recent years"
