Very handy position to Chadstone Center. Easy to call a taxi. Two bathrooms. The seating could be more comfortable as on couch for 4. The Queen bed was a little too soft.

Soap not topped up on room service. Rooms facing main road were noisy. I thought parking was free but it wasnt. Probably my bad for assuming that. Location fantastic.

Not somewhere I would come back to stay. Bed was terrible, no block out blinds or curtains in living area so people can see you from outside. Very noisy in the morning thanks to the garbage man (not their fault). Dining table and coffee table still had food on it from the previous guests which made me feel like the whole place was dirty. :-(. The receptionest was nice though after she charged me three times for our stay.

Overall , ok ,poor wifi,virtually useless for all but two hours of our five day stay.efforts made by staff and head office ineffective. Bathroom Problematic flushing,fixed. Shower head unsatisfactory,not fixed Towel rail fell off wall,not fixed Despite all this thehotel was was well situated and the staff wer friendly and helpful Iwas allowed a late checkout and incoming and outgoing experiences were excellent

More care needs to be taken to ensure rooms are adequately maintained. For example, the phone didn’t work, the fridge leaked onto the floor, the toilet seat broke and the shower handle came off the wall. On the plus side, when the staff were present they were very friendly and helpful, The proximity to Chadstone is an easy 15 min walk. The rooms are soundproof and very spacious.

On arrival, discovered a dangerous, defective light switch, a blocked bathroom sink, a leaking shower, and a bedside lamp that needed a new globe. After reporting the issues, the only thing addressed was the bedside lamp...and it was missing altogether. No communication or explanation. On departure, we were promised a follow-up phone call. Again, nothing. Disappointed.

Comfortable place to stay. Bed was nice and soft, soundproofing was great also. Balcony was an added bonus. Only downsides were the TV was very small and the A/C was seemingly on its last legs but the room very clean and parking was easy

On entry to the room first thing I noticed was the smell of cigarettes. 2nd thing the dirty walls and ceilings. Then while trying to sleep I realised that I'm sleeping (trying to) on one of the worst beds I've ever slept on. And then while trying to go to sleep I get waken up by the crazy loud road noise! Then I tried sitting down on the lounge in the morning to have a coffee with my wife and realised I'm sitting on the worst couch I've sat on in a while. Basically my experience in your Hotel was sub standard. Your windows may be to the required minimum noise standard but seriously, if your going to build a hotel on an intersection and a busy one at that, you should consider installing above the minimum requirements in noise insulation. Thank god for the good weather over Easter in Melbourne which helped keep us out and about rather inside the room at the hotel....

The property as a whole is dirty. Windows are filthy, and our room had dirty pots in the cupboards and dirty sheets on the pull out sofa.
