I marked the facilities down a star as the spa was being renovated so i was unable to get a massage. That said the staff were very appologetic and recommened a spa very close by. The room was a good size. The breakfast was good with lots of choice .

Great location near some lovely bars and restaurants but not too far from the bridge to the imperial city (30 minute walk). Staff fantastic and friendly, go above and beyond to help customers, transfer service was excellent, decent breakfast, nice pool, good views on the river side.

Great service and ameneties!
It was a very nice hotel facing the river, right in the centre of town near restaurants/coffee shops, and about 20mins walk to the citadel. Staff were all very polite and helpful. The hotel manager, Phuc, even spent time to investigate and explain why someone may have knocked on my door very early one the morning. Great choices for breakfast. Though it does get busy but there is not much waiting time as there are plenty of staff on hand. I would stay again, especially for the price was great for what I got, if I came back to Hue.

An odd hotel. Very large with a nice pool. Breakfast was ok but not great. Excellent walking location. Seemed like they were built for a large crowd that never arrived. Very good value for your money. Could use smart TV’s. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

Older hotel but very pleasant.
This hotel has friendly and helpful staff and a good choice at breakfast. It is a little tired but clean with a nice pool. The location is perfect.

The hotel used to be one of the best in Hue. Now it is old and worn out. Staff members were friendly, but room cleaning started too early (around 8 am), and bed sheet had some stains on it. Some guests at the hotel are inconsiderate. They came back at around 2 or 3 am and talked loudly in the hallway. Hotel is in a great location, right in the center of Hue and next to the Perfume river. Too bad that they have not renovated it. We won’t book it again in the future. One can certainly get a nicer hotel at a cheaper price.

Located next to the perfume river, has the facilities of a good hotel, pool, buffet restaurant and a gym that makes for a good laugh. Rooms are big with balcony views of the river. Furniture dated, the place is clean. You can stay here if you like time travel to the days of socialist Vietnam.

Great location & Staff
Great location very helpfull staff (loan) she was especially nice & helpfull, pool nice & clean large room we picked the river view room . Good breakfast as long as you beat the noisy Chinese there. Only thing I could say it would have been great if they had some comfy chairs in the room to relax in after tripping around all day . Overall very good value for your money.

Big resort.On arrival I had a mixed opinion as I do not usually stay in hotels like this.Its big and staff do a good job of maintaining it. Although water pressure of the shower was my only complaint.Location is good and guests make good use of the pool and breakfast buffet is really good.Hotel is a bit dated in places but staff across the board do a good job and make your stay very pleasant.As I got a good price on Expedia and exchange rate was good the man reasons I booked here.If you can get the same things I say,go for it.

The checking was chaotic, they forgot we needed twin beds and also excused them self with a big group arriving at The same time, we did just not meet this group. They managed to find good drivers for The tours we booked but they clearly also forgot about those bookings. I would avoid this hotel if not travelling as part of big group - and we will not come back to this hotel

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service, and genuine interest in the customer's stay and activities. The front desk also assisted me with respect to charging my mobile phone as the moisture in the air in Hue (as in Hoi An) proved problematic - they provided me with a bowl of rice grains, which absorbed the moisture on three occasions!

Older hotel next to the river
Old hotel that needs some renovation. Good breakfast. Friendly staff that tries hard.

Old hotel good location
This hotel is very old and tired. But location good and situated on the river so very picturesque. However Family room on 5th floor facing mainroad is above a street of nightclubs. On Saturday night music blares until 12:15 at night! Windows are old and unsealed so you cannot sleep. We tried to get moved but hotel full. If hadn't been 10pm when we checked in we would have moved hotels. Beds were so hard and uncomfortable we were shocked as it's rated a 4 star. Hotel staff felt bad so moved us the second night to a suite. This room was on the same floor but the opposite side of the building so faced the Perfume river. Room spacious with modern bathroom, comfortable beds and more importantly no noise at all from nightclubs. We had a mixed stay. Used hotels driver for day city sights. They matched the price of other suppliers. Driver was very good and courteous. Also used hotel driver for transfer to Hoi An. This time brand new luxury vehicle and again an excellent courteous driver. As I say mixed experience. Would only stay here if I was in a quiet room facing the river. I can not fault the staff as they went out of their way to rectify the situation.

Pleasant stay with a view, value for money
Family with two young children we were able to stay in one room but at the same time had our own space. The hotel helped to organise Hue excursion and transport to Hoi An. We all enjoyed pool (could be more sun lounges near the pool) and massage at the hotel spa. Breakfast was OK. Hotel was in a good location. Staff was very helpful, could not praise them more for trying to make our stay comfortable. On arrival our room was upgraded to the river view room free of charge. Staff helped to fix (replace) an iPhone cracked screen while we were on the excursion (even called our tour guy to find us and talk about the phone).
