This hotel offered 4 different beaches, 4 different restaurants to dine in and had 5 pools (2 of them were specifically for children). Staff was kind and very friendly. All amenities were clean.

This is a fantastic resort. While it is looking a bit dated, the room is huge and the air conditioning works great. The resort is BIG. It was a 4.5 minute golf cart ride from the lobby to our room but the golf carts came around often and we never had to wait more than 5 minutes. There are no elevators and a lot of stairs which can be a problem for people with mobility issues. The three beaches are so nice and perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Like other all inclusive resorts, finding a lounger on the beach is difficult. People “reserve” them at 6 am even though it’s not allowed but the staff do not enforce this so it will continue to be a problem . The grounds of the resort are beautiful with cactus and bougainvillea everywhere and there is a lot of wildlife around. I was not a fan of the food there. All inclusive resorts are not known for their great food and this place is no exception. There is a lot of food choices so you won’t starve but what they do have isn’t good. The entertainment is also lacking especially at night so if you like a lively resort this might not be the place for you. The staff were wonderful and quick to respond to any issues. I have no problem recommending this place and would definitely stay here again.
