“Poor Internet Connection”

I would not recommend anyone to the hotel if they were intending on using the Internet. This was crucial to me and my business partners I met there from the UK. . We eventually tried to transfer the hotel booking to their sister hotel in Bangkok - they would not allow this. In the end we had to book another hotel in Bangkok and pay again (IE we paid for 4 days stay at this hotel without staying there). We just simply could not do what we needed to do without a reliable Internet connection.
