“Sheraton Shines!”
Recently I took my 87 year old mother to visit family in Houston and we chose to stay at the Sheraton based on the website. My sister, mother, and I found the accomdations and atmosphere at this hotel to be expectional. Everyone working at the hotel was delightful and friendly. The service was outstanding and the food was wonderful at the restuarant. We throughly enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this hotel again on a return trip to Houston. Thanks Sheraton at the Galleria for a wonderful family reunion vacation!
“Consistently Good Experience”
I've stayed in this hotel on several trips to Houston, and it has consistently offered an excellent experience at a reasonable price. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the service is friendly, and the location is excellent. My only complaint at all is that the upholstery on the small sofa in the room is very rough.

“Greatest value for your money”
Great Value! We are a large party, a family of 5. Our stay was perfect. Restaurant is great but be aware of having plenty of time between your order and the first plate being served. Great service. We are a luxury brand guest and to tell you the truth this hotel has one of the greatest value Ive ever seen.
“Excellent value for top-notch suite hotel”
The Sheraton Hawthorne Suites at the Galleria, Houston was stellar. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the location had easy access just off the main traffic (which I preferred). Parking was in a secure garage. I will definitely stay here again.
“Very Nice Hotel”
It was very nice hotel. Hotel was very clean and looked fresh. I really liked it. On the other hand, it was bit inconvenient that you have to go to service road to in/out of the hotel. As I missed one turn, I needed to go around for a while to get back. Another thing I kind of felt unconfortable is that there is not adequate security system to the back door. It may be convenient for the guest who just arived without card key but it means anyone can get in/out.
“A great business hotel!”
My colleagues and I were in Houston on business. We got a great deal on Expedia for the Sheraton and just thought it would be your average mid-range hotel. We were all pleasantly surprised! The rooms/suites were spacious, well-laid out, attractive and comfortable. We each had two flat screen televisions! It was awesome! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Houston area.

“A good choice for staying near the Galleria”
The Sheraton Suites Galleria is a comfortable hotel close to the Galleria mall and offices. I spent 3 nights in the hotel and found the rooms to be spacious, clean, and comfortable. Internet access is wireless and a bit spotty at times but is included in the room price. Hotel restaurant is convenient and the food is good but was mostly empty. The biggest hassle was storing my room key in the same pocket as my cell phone would corrupt the room key. I had to have new keys coded at least 5 times during my stay.
