Close to airport

Could not sleep was on second floor could hear planes taking off all night and everytime one would fly over the same car alarm would go off!! Got little to no sleep would not recommend this hotel if you want to sleep!!

We chose this hotel because of the proximity to airport and the free shuttle. We arrived very late and thankfully were only staying one night and just needed a place to crash. The lobby was very dirty, all of the furniture was ripped and stained. Carpeting throughout was filthy and the whole place smelled like smoke as they do have a section of smoking rooms. The smell was not contained to that section however. Our sheets didn't look clean and we found a pill/medication of some kind in our bed. Gross! I slept on top of all bedding and wore extra pj's. !!

Too far from the Airport

Cons: The decor could be updated.
I thought there was a restaurant in the hotel. There was none. The hotel was old and shabby. It was way too far from the Airport, I thought it would be on the grounds of the Airport.

Very upset to see an additional charge of $50.00 charge on my credit card from ramada inn in Houston after Expedia gave one rate and hotel added another charge with no explanation on my stay on December 2. Roberta Scroggins

It looks better on line than in person. The breakfast is not good and there is not abut job to do around there. On the first night I found a roach on my room. So, they had to accomadate me to another room.

Comfortable enough

My stay was short. The bed was nice. Lighting very dim in shower area. Did not like the small sink right next to the room door - it did not feel private enough. One of the desk clerks was manning the bar when I check in at night and ran over to help me! And when I checked out at 5:45 a.m. - a different desk clerk was playing video games with a guest? co-worker? in the bar area and said "I'll be right there." I had to get to the airport - I could not wait for that nonsense. The price was right, but I will likely not stay there again.

I think this is a decent hotel but the highway and plane noise is just too much, poor insulation around the windows doesn't help. Bring earplugs!

A good anniversary stay

Pros: the rooms were clean and prepared for us. The a/c worked as well.
Cons: Make sure the keys stay programmed for the whole time period that we stay there.
I enjoyed my stay. Everything fell into place. We had a clean room and beds. The only problem we had was a minor problem with the keys not working to get into the room. The person at the desk help redo our keys every day we had a problem. We probably had a key problem 3 out of 4 days. I feel the other than that. We had an enjoyable stay.
