The staff was wonderful, very pleasant and helpful. The property is very much in need of a makeover! It is old, tired and run down.

Pros: they are out dated. everything about it needs improvement. the idea seems great, but with slackers working there, its just not worth the money.

Location: i went for a 80th bday party so i didn't do much sight seeing
I ordered the double bed for 2 kids and 2 adults. I went down to ask the receptionist for clean towels,and her reply was: didn't house keeping leave you any? I said yes 2 but there are four people in my room. she replied: do you have a single or double bed room? I told her double, which shouldn't have made any difference. If I need clean towels I need clean towels. so she was like: well I will see what I can do cause I don't have any. another guest took her towels to her and asked for clean ones and she told her: We ain't got none. Really? the rooms are so small and don't even have closets. In fact, they felt like closets. the doors have to pretty much be slammed In order to be locked so if you leave for any reason, pull with all of your might, otherwise, others can enter your room w/o a key. I paid $80 and it was probably worth $40. the pool was nice but im used to hotels that have towels at the pool. since we took our towels to the pool, we had no towels to bathe with. some of the staff was extremely nice, but others acted as if you were wrong for asking them for things that you shouldn't have to ask for. like coffee, syrup,eggs, etc. if breakfast is from 6am to 10am and its just 8:30, instead of you standing behind the bar talking to your boyfriend, you should be at the buffet making sure that nothing runs out. to each his own, but I will NOT be going back to this ghetto hot mess.

Bad experience, bad service

For two adults and two children to a room, there were only 2 hand towels. The lady on the evening shift at the desk was to busy with her private conversations on the phone to help. The halls smelled really bad. 9am there was no breakfast for the children, because they didn't want to bring anymore food out. Had to take the children out for breakfast..Never again

Could be a nice hotel

Pros: The registration area is efficient and ample, the rooms and bathrooms clean.
Cons: The staff training.
Location: There is an old style restaurant in front of the hotel. The food was ok, specially when tired.
I booked there because I lost my connection due to bad weather. The van picking passengers took more than 30 minutes to show up, I had to call twice before the van came to pick me up. Once it came, the driver kept going back to different terminals to pick up more passengers even after we were in our way to the hotel. I could have walked faster. Once we got to the hotel, the registration was pretty chaotic. There was no queue line and people were talking over each other. It got better though, the rooms and bathrooms were clean. The wifi was of good quality and fast. The breakfast in the morning was fine. Checking out and the trip back to the airport were uneventful, just the way I like it.

Cons: The TV in the first room didn't work, and the tub in the second room was badly damaged. Room service had to come from off site!

Not satisfied. The continental breakfast was not inviting. Room service had to be ordered off site. Candy bars in the vending machine were very stale. The beds were ok.

Hotel near airport to sleep in for one night

Cons: More pillows.
Location: We walked to a food plaza with 8kinds of food.
Room was clean, quiet, breakfast was good. Shuttle bus driver was unhelpful. Hw wouldn't drive around to leave us at departures so we could get to car rental depot. Front desk was fine.

Rooms tiny and uncomfortable. Air conditioner very loud. No closets. Coffee not replenished. Overall experience? Poor.

I was only in for the weekend for a funeral but the local was great & the resturant ( Hot Biscut) was very good with good prices

Pros: It was easy to find.
Cons: Management, rooms, lock on swimming pool and more help.
Location: Nothing is close except the airport.
When you arrive the lobby would make you think that it was a nice hotel. We had 7 people in our group and two rooms. The first room had a cigarette butt on the floor, non smoking room, used tea bags in the ice bucket, the door was hard to close and the air conditioner didn't work. In the other room the walls hadn't been finished painted, a light over the sink was out, the carpet was really bad and the room was freezing. We had three towels and two wash clothes for three people. They gave us another room for the one that was hot and a king size bed for 4 people so we had to troupe back and get another room. That room was also hot! They told us we could not have a refund, not that we had asked for one, because we used this link. They did offer alcoholic beverages for free to people that don't drink. About 3:00 am some males were in the pool area yelling and using bad language and I had to call the front desk. They did take care of that. Would never think a Ramada would be so bad and they wouldn't do anything about it. Really wonder who would give them a 3 out of 5! They were out of almost everything for breakfast on a Saturday and only one person trying to keep up. The manager was too busy on Sunday talking with someone at the bar to be bothered.
