Helpful staff - A very worn out hotel

Hotel needs a major facelift. Rooms were comfortable, but lots of smoke and mirrors kinda of upgrades over the last few years to try and make it look like it's been updated. Never could log on to wifi, staff tied to help but couldn't. Heard other complaints about the connection.

Nice and clean hotel

Breakfast was very good, and room was very comfortable. Location is well if you need to go to airport early, but it is so far away of downtown Houston. Some restaurants are closer, but no the good ones.

Close to airport

Could not sleep was on second floor could hear planes taking off all night and everytime one would fly over the same car alarm would go off!! Got little to no sleep would not recommend this hotel if you want to sleep!!

We chose this hotel because of the proximity to airport and the free shuttle. We arrived very late and thankfully were only staying one night and just needed a place to crash. The lobby was very dirty, all of the furniture was ripped and stained. Carpeting throughout was filthy and the whole place smelled like smoke as they do have a section of smoking rooms. The smell was not contained to that section however. Our sheets didn't look clean and we found a pill/medication of some kind in our bed. Gross! I slept on top of all bedding and wore extra pj's. !!

Too far from the Airport

Cons: The decor could be updated.
I thought there was a restaurant in the hotel. There was none. The hotel was old and shabby. It was way too far from the Airport, I thought it would be on the grounds of the Airport.

Very upset to see an additional charge of $50.00 charge on my credit card from ramada inn in Houston after Expedia gave one rate and hotel added another charge with no explanation on my stay on December 2. Roberta Scroggins

It looks better on line than in person. The breakfast is not good and there is not abut job to do around there. On the first night I found a roach on my room. So, they had to accomadate me to another room.
