This hotel is Horrible. Expedia should be ashamed for doing business with this hotel. I walked in saw the room and tried to get my money back but expedia said they could since it was none refundable and booked online. But i trust expedia and thought this hotel would be ok but i was wrong. There was old mattresses in the hallways when i opened the door to the room i saw roaches run away,all the lamp shades were torn i dont see how they passed their health inspection. Im soo disappointed in expedia and after so many years of business with them. I will probably never do business with them. I even had a trip booked for Hawaii this October but im going to cancel that and just rebook somewhere else

Mattresses were dirty the room was disgusting. I had to ask to be switched to a different room. The carpet is really nasty. I was uncomfortable and did not want to sleep there, but because I was coming from Phoenix Arizona that was the only hotel that I was able to sleep in I would never sleep here again it needs to be renovated carpet beds everything need to be torn away. I pray that I don’t have any bedbugs or bugs in my bags.

Had to waken person at desk for check-in at 8pm/ no smile or verbal greeting. When we asked where the complimentary breakfast would be located, the response was a simple, dis-interested, sullen "No breakfast". Rusty shower head / bad mattress / no over-mirror light in bath / bathroom door looked as if major flooding peeled bottom and sides and had simply been painted.over / no additional mirror in the suite / ice machine broken / vending machine out of order.

Ok place to sleep
Renovation was going on, so not a lot to this hotel for now. I was just there to simply sleep, which met my need for the night. It's a descent hotel to stay for a night or 2, and it's close to a lot of stores & restaurants. Price is reasonable, but there is hardly no amenities for now, except for a pool. It's a good place to sleep, but not much outside that.

We were passing through and stayed here during our family vacation. The room was exactly as advertised and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Ok, but not great
The staff was great and very helpful. The room however was not great. There were hairs in the sink and bath tub, the floors were very sticky and grimy. (Took my shoes off and walked around then found my feet to be very dirty). The bed was some what comfortable was the comforter was very thin so I woke up very cold in the middle of the night. The mini fridge barely worked, some buttons on the microwave did not work, one bed side lamp did not have a light bulb and I was disappointed to find that we did not have an iron in our room to fix clothes for our trip and the TV remote did not work.

Before I say much, the staff was friendly and helpful, I didn't catch their names. This place is geared towards their locals and not for travelers. Upon arrival we were blasted by the stench of weed, it lasted until the next morning. There is no breakfast as advertised. There are no towels for the pool and the quality of the pool area shows their concern as there is broken chairs laying around. Hot tub looks like a pool of algae. There were people going in and out, hanging around that made it feel unsafe. After dark my kids and I stayed indoors. Our first room had a broken pull out coach, black stains around the tub and we had to lift the back of the toilet to get it to flush. The door to our room stopped locking so they moved us to another room. I kept finding issues with this place but ultimately it boils down the ownership. This is a place that they do not put any money in and it shows. I chose this for the cheaper cost since I was going to be in the area for days and I got less than what I paid for which is saying something. If you need a place to sleep and nothing else, it might serve its purpose but if you're a woman with her kids, pay the extra money for a better place to take your family.

I checked into this Property and made it to a unclean room and it smelled like cigarettes, so we immediately checked out. I was assured a refund the following day because we had literally been there for less than 20 min, and the only reason we couldn’t get a refund at that moment was because the the employees there weren’t authorized to do refund but they assured me their manager would the next morning. So I called the next morning and he proceeded to tell me because I booked through Expedia that he couldn’t process my refund, and to speak with Expedia, so I proceeded to call Expedia and Expedia told me it was on the property to process refunds because I did a pay later so it would be on the property to process refunds, which makes sense because the property took my card. So I proceeded to call back and was told Expedia is trying to play me and nobody’s going to help me. So long story short don’t book here or at least ask to check your room before you book or book with Expedia and have them take card info, because this hotel took $70 and a $50 hold fee from me for less than 20 mins of me being there.

RUNNNN!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
My family and I attended an event every year around this time. We always stay at this property. We have seen it decline. Before COVID they served a nice breakfast and gave great service. Now, it is a hot mess. It must be under new management. It is a disgrace. This particular stay included us moving from our original room to 2 other rooms. This was due to the toilet leaking (first move) and the sofa couch being broken (second move). The staff were very nice about getting us moved from one room to another. But dang it! We have been at an event all day, worn out and just wanted to rest. Not play musical rooms. Well the new 3rd room was just as bad. The tub handle came off and the sofa bed is broken. Wait!!! I didn't mention when you walked into the hotel it always smelled like marijuana. Someone there was definitely smoking. It was either someone from the front desk staff or someone in the rooms or both. This was a horrible stay. We went down for breakfast as we were leaving for our event and we were told the truck didn't show up with the GRAB AND GO BREAKFAST BAGS. At this point I expected anything to happen. Unfortunately we were not able to move to a different property because due to the event they were booked. So we were trapped. I wouldn't have been surprised if when we returned to our rooms we found an opossum laying in my bed, propped up on a pillow, eating our snacks with the remote and watching TV, telling us not to disturb him when we walked in.

Very Disappointed in this (M)Old hotel.
This hotel had mold in the room and old carpet and furniture smell to it. The manager was horrific and has kept my $50 (because you didn't make the appointment with us) incident fee now for a few days. The room had mold in it that caused me to cough after only 3 hours there. I went and got another hotel room. Don't stay here - RUN to another hotel.

Lap shades ripped, mismatched paint room smelled like bug spray, drywall repairs were done and covered parts of the fixtures, water damage on head boards doors had screws holding water damaged veneer to the door. Carpets were stained. We checked out 2 hours after checking in.
