Would not answer the front desk to issue a refund for the Expedia agent. Then when I get there I don't have any rooms available until 3 but check in is at 11. So make me pay an extra $20 for early check in but none of the rooms with smoking had working electronics so we was told to just smoke in the non smoking room. Seriously needs an audit. Cannot believe this establishment is an official business entity.

When I first arrived to the property and and registered for my room. It was quiet, but as soon as I went into my room to try and lay down and close my eyes for a minute to rest, I heard all kind of noises yelling, cursing door slamming and I said oh my God what have I gotten myself into? I went, and I told the front desk asked them. Could I get my money back since I just checked in less than 15 minutes ago he said no bed pillows everything smells like smoke. I got a smoking room, but I smoke cigarettes and the whole complex smell like marijuana and that really upset me due to my job the room that I was in smelled like a ton step outside and smell a ton of marijuana on the property. I wouldn’t suggest this place especially if you have children. Oh there were also dogs barking and going on.

Do not recommend.
Front desk clerk was very unfriendly. The room had a funky odor, the fitted sheet had an old burn hole from what looked like a cigarette. There was paint peeling from the ceiling, people in one side argued well into the night, past 1 AM. On the other side was a dog baking. The mattresses were old and not at all supportive. The cold tap water at the sink was hot. The hot water was even hotter, the shower had the cheapest shower head that i have ever seen and the bathroom was so small you could even get dressed in there without putting one for in the tub. The cost of the room was way too high for the quality.

I have stayed here on a couple occasions and they could use improvement in the way they clean the rooms. Howevr I love the place and still will go back.. if you want to peace and quiet and a safe environment for your children then this is the place to be they even got a little yard. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel in general it's reasonably priced very convenient with lots of parking and close to stores. The gentleman who works up front is amazing always has been never a bad experience with him the wife is another story. She was rude and disrespectful towards me when I was checking in and was accusing me of having someone in my room that was not aloud there when I told her 1000 times that it was just me.. long story short called me a liar that she supposedly seen on camera her coming to my room i have no idea but that I would have to leave not get refunded they would never honor the price that I was paying again just straight up rude. But I seen the lady she was talking about walking to the hotel and grabbing her things from outside probably embarrassed for how she was acting towards me. But never got a apology cause I was telling the truth and I didn't know that women. I'm sure she's a great person but her customer service is awful so watch for her.. but like I said for the price you pay you ain't going to find nothing better the hotel is amazing don't let my opinion stuff anybody from checking this place out it'll be worth it.

I booked and paid with my credit card I was refused cleaning services and was denied a refund through the property the staff is very unprofessional and rude the rooms are dirty and unsanitary.

I had to clean my bed sheets from bunch of hair on both sides of the bed. It felt like they rolled sheets up after previus guests and never changed them for a new check-in. I slept in my own clothes for safety. No jokes.

Staff was nice and in no way am I trying to be rude or anything but I was bit by a bug on the bed, the pillowcases from both beds had dirt stains & someone else received a key to my room and they opened the door. I didn't make a big deal about any of these issues but if it was another person I know they would've demanded a refund.

Pretty decent
It was decent. I was less there overnight, less than 24 hours so it served the purpose of what I needed it to. Bed could’ve been more comfortable as it was a little sunken in. It’s an older hotel but it was good enough for the night.

Things went well! The room was nice and clean, an in the morning the attendant offered me new towels which I appreciated! This was a great hotel stay, an I liked the plethora of channels to choose from to relax and chill! Also theirs an abundant selection of restaurants to choose from! Over all 5 stars!!

My stay here was a total rip off this hotel looked nothing like its photos. It's a fraud this hotel looked like something out of a horror movie. They had prostitutes in and out of the hotel all hours of the night the rooms were sooo nasty like literally there was caked up dirt all over the floor like they don't know how to clean it. The shower water smelled like mold and on top that it made your body feel like slime. My family was soooooo uncomfortable. Not to mention all the drunk men looking at 12 year old daughter like a piece of meat. Never again and I really want my money back because yall have a false advertisement up I expect the room that I pay for to at least look like the one that your website said I was renting but no the locks on the door was broken it looked like some one kicked the door in for real. This place is so so very unprofessional and dirty. I didn't even want to sleep under the blankets there was roaches and flies everywhere and on top that I had to pay 10 dollars for my dog to stay in the room with me but honestly we would have done better just sleeping in our car.
