“Affordable when on a budget”

Near the MD Anderson medical center. The room as small but had conveniences of icebox, dishes, coffee maker, etc. The bed isn't a queen as advertised and not very comfortable at all. Alot of outside of nice from roadways. However the room was clean, the staff very nice and accomodating. We travel with our 4 lb dog and our appt's at the MD Anderson Cancer Clinic took longer than anticipated, they allowed us to pay a small fee to let her stay in the room a few extra hrs after checkout. That meant a great deal to us. If we stayed again for a longer period of time, we would upgrade to the larger room. We felt safe and secure while there overnight.

“better deals”

If you have to stay in Medical Center and need a kitchen it will do, but there are plenty of better places around for the price.

“worth the price”

good enough for the cheap hotel if you only look for a place to sleep. Clean sheets and hot shower are available, but nothing fancy. Be prepared to see some bugs.

Hotel was fine. Bathroom needed a good bleaching job on the tub area. Other than that was good.

“Some improvements”

This time I had a room (with street noise) but with an thermostat on the air conditioner, and a clean room, clean dishes, with working appliances. (as opposed to week before where none of the above was true.) While most hotels do not wash bed spreads and blankets--I saw them being cleaned here.

The bathroom was dirty and beds not comfortable, but if you are attending a event in the reliant park this is one of the places to stay.

Literally right across the street from the stadium. Can't beat the location for the price. Great value. Would go back.

“Cheap, no elevator, much cleaner than it used to be”

This place has improved significantly since I last stayed there a year ago. Much cleaner place, friendlier check-in-in personnel. One of the cheapest places around Medical Center.
