It was dirty. Run down. No jacuzzi. One staff member running the place. Cable didn’t work. Water was hot and we didn’t get bed bugs so that counts for something

The shower did not have hot water. The faucet simply didn’t turn to hot water - only cold. So no shower. The bathroom sink had hot water at night, bit the next morning it wasn’t working.

Airport jet takeoff noise until about 10pm., so consider this if you are planning to go to bed early. We were at the desk trying to check in for about 15 minutes (calling out heeelllooo is anyone here???) before the desk clerk finally came from the breakfast area. She then acted as if we had disturbed her. There was no welcome gift for being a Hilton Honors member on check in.

Its time to upgrade the rooms and facility, the insulated glasses windows may help to reduce the airplane noises in the rooms. If double glazed not much help you may try the tripled glazed windows.

There were no bed sheets or pillows for the pull out sofa bed. Seemed understaffed on Saturday night. No juice for the breakfast for both days of our stay. Sausage patties for the breakfast were very dry. Manager did chat with us during breakfast one morning, which was nice. Overall, clean.

This is a quality hotel for the price, spacious rooms with big bathrooms and walk in showers, the free breakfast is good with excellent coffee, the manager Lenell is very friendly and welcoming and Terry the shuttle driver is funny, very friendly and a great driver, we enjoyed our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate staying here again!!

Staff was super awesome. Hotel was nice and modern looking. Breakfast in the morning was VERY good. The only complaint in the room were the USB ports. Many of them didnt work.

Convenient hotel when you have an early flight to catch, with good value for the price. The room was updated and clean, and the breakfast options were good (cereal, toast, baked goods, fruit, oatmeal, waffles..). The shuttle service was a nice feature, which made our morning stress free. I’d stay again if staying over before a flight.

Our room was so nice! Very clean and spacious. You can hear the planes that fly over since it’s so close to the airport, but honestly I loved the extra noise that made. I would stay here over and over and breakfast was great!

Was a pretty good stay. Hotel in all areas felt very clean, area did not feel dangerous. Hotel was very quiet. Bed was comfortable. My only issue was the shower. Our shower head barely put out any water (weren't able to change the shower settings) but my biggest inconvenience was the temperature. Water barely got above warm; I'm not a big person that likes to melt my skin off while showering but a hot shower is nice to have. The hotel was very very clean and felt safe though so I would stay again for that aspect. Also is very close drive to the airport, I don't think it took us more than 5-10mins. Leaving at 5am for the shuttle was decent. There was no one working in the hotel at 5am. Only employee we saw was for the 5mins the shuttle was there. Other than that we knocked on doors and couldn't find a staff member. No where to turn in keys. So I had to leave mine on the counter (I did take a picture just in case any issues came about)
