The staff was really friendly and always helpful. Most hotels I stay at feel pretty much the same, with slight differences in cleanliness and upkeep. Between the very nice room and the excellent staff, this one felt special and I'd definitely want to stay here again if I was in the area.

The free breakfast consisted of a frozen biscuit for you to put in the microwave and a water in a brown paper bag. The worst breakfast I’ve had out of any hotel I’ve stayed in. I has to go out for breakfast the rest of the days I stayed there, I usually try to save money by eating breakfast at the hotel but not this time.

I made the reservation on Monday and stayed the next Sunday night. The Lobby was under construction so I had to go through the fitness room to get to a make shift desk. The attendant, at 10:30 pm was comatose. No interaction or information shared. I had to read the notice in the elevator to realize there was no real breakfast. Had I known this I would have never made the reservation - reservation said "Free Breakfast" and Fitness Center. No workout and no breakfast (a grab-and go is not breakfast), both things I planned on doing that morning before my business meeting. I took the cart to bring in my luggage. It was raining and coming back in I had to open the door, hold it open while pulling in my cart all the while getting rained on. At 10:30 pm no one else was around. The attendant just sat on her rear end and did nothing to help. Will not stay there again.

They room was great, front service could improve, the front is getting remodel, lady at breakfast was awesome, she was great, even did hit chocolate for my kids, i think her name was nena. I like the parking was gated gave me a good sense of my car being safe.

I feel like i need to leave a good review because i almost didnt book this hotel from reading older reviews. the reviews said they experienced safety issues with cars during their stay (which was obviously true for them) but in my recent stay, the hotel had taken extra safety measures by installing a gate in the parking lot so there's no public access to the lot. the car we rented didnt suffer damage of any sorts. i travelled with only females, so safety was number 1 priority and we felt great during our stay. the hotel is off of the highway, next to a restaurant and on the other side of the highway are plenty of restaurants and stores for shopping. if you are not familiar with houston, you will need a lot of uber or renting a car to get by. good place to stay, i would def come back

This hotel itself is very nice, but I called the morning of our reservation to verify that their EV chargers were working, which the hotel confirmed. When we arrived at 11pm I found out that all the EV chargers were out of order which meant we had to drive around to find another charging station for an hour and wait another hour for our car to charge. Very annoyed that the guy told me they were working and the front desk person when I checked in said they had been out of order for at least a week. :/

Don't book this property through Expedia, go directly to the site. I booked a 'king bed with study' on expedia, but it doesn't show Hampton on their systems, so me and my wife had a room with 2 queen beds instead of one king... Additionally, the late night/overnight receptionist sits on a couch in the lobby, and leaves the front door locked. It's a bit creepy to show up to a hotel from a late flight and have the door locked. There is a phone to call and she opened the door quickly, but not the best intro...

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and professional. However, the building itself was horrible. The elevator did not work and apparently it hasn’t for at least 8 months now. (Checked google reviews after my stay, my mistake.) Fortunately, it’s only 3 floors so its not too bad, but if you have little ones or are handicapped, you definitely should go some place else. Also, saw the make-ready ladies having to walk up the stairs with all their equipment, felt bad for them :( Breakfast was okay. Room smelled funky and humid. Upon my arrival, there were about 4 police cars blocking our entrance, there was a huge party at the hotel next door. We had to drive around for at least 20 minutes until it was cleared and I was able to enter the Hampton. Mind you, I just wanted to shower and sleep after my drive. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Nice and quiet, very clean. One thing I did not like, was that you need to request to have the room cleaned. I did make the request about 11 am, They told me it was late, and I told them that in the notice there is not a time limit. After my complaint, they did clean the room.
