“Good choice”

this hotel is a good option for any traveler, rates are affordable, air conditioning is excellent and has a nice lobby, with FREE internet access and a nice bar until 11pm. there were some issues with the cleaning schedule, but nothing that cannot be solved upon a call to front desk, who by the way, were the nicest persons, close to the galleria mall and at walking distance from cvs pharmacy, hooters, ihop, etc. it also has a nice little restaurant and café, mainly for breakfast, at good prices, check in and check out were real quick and flawless.

“Nice Location”

Very close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. Vending machines on all floors were out of just about everything, but still enjoyed this hotel. If you're not a smoker, don't stay on the ninth floor. All in all very satisfied.

“Nice and clean, I would go back”

The hotel was nice. Our room was very clean. The staff was fast and answered all our questions. The only negative thing during our stay was that the ice machine on our floor was not working. So each time we wanted ice we had to go two floors down to get some ice. But overall a nice and wonderful stay at the hotel.

“Great hotel in a great location”

The employees were very friendly and filled my two minor requests very quickly and with a smile. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The only drawback was that there was no mini-fridge but it wasn't that big of a deal. This hotel is in a good location with quick access to 59 South, the museum district, the zoo and lots of shopping and dining locations. Also, this area is very busy so the traffic can be a pain but that is the same just about everywhere in Houston.

“Comfortable and convenient”

This hotel was one of 4 that we stayed in during a recent trip to Houston. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would certainly stay here again on a return trip.

“Great hotel for the price”

Free wired internet, comfortable bed; this was a great place to stay for the price. Make sure your room doesn't have a view of the highway since there is nothing one can do to eliminate the noise. The hotel parking lot also looks like a battle zone with lots of potholes and uneven surfaces; something like our high school parking lot. Since the hotel is undergoing a renovation it is hoped that the parking lot is also included in the renovation. The hotel staff was extremely considerate and useful, answering any question posed to them. The room was excellent.

“Great hotel”

I needed a place to stay while my girlfriend and i were in between moving and we found a great place in the area with a great price for the accomodations. Overall, had a satisfied experience at this hotel.

“One of the best”

I really enjoyed my stay the staff was friendly the room was very clean the bed was oh so comfortable someone came in everyday cleaned up and changed bedding ordered room service and was fast friendly and the food was good i did not have not one thing to complain about i go to houston every other month to every 2 months and so far this is the best of all the places i've stayed when i return i will be staying here again
