Nice place to stay for a short stay. Bad part of town, and it's hard to find a grocery store. Only compliant is that the Internet was slow at times.
“Perfect, for the price.”
We were in town overnight for a concert and this was perfect for our little visit. Can't beat it for the price. I would and probably will stay there again.

After driving for 40 hours from Arizona, I was satisfied by this hotel. I definitely recommend it.

The place was nice... the housekeeping was to be desired. That was extra, but other than that, I would stay again..

The room was clean and comfortable. small kitchen w/goodsizedfrige and two burner electric stove. microwave and coffee maker. ironing board. tv with basic cable. the room rate was reasonable. they charge extra for maid service on extended stays. Close to baylor medical and M.D Anderson if that's what you're in town for. the room was a bit noisy at night. the heater/ac unit rattled and the compressor to the refrigerator was pretty noisy. the toilet dripped and that was additional noise to put up with. this hotel is right next to the freeway and that was more noise. the other tenants were very quiet. I used earplugs on the second and third night and that took care of the noise issue. the shower/tub drained slowly so water was rising up around your ankles if you showered too long. All these things were brought to the attention of management at checkout and they said they would fix all issues. There are plenty of restaurants very close by and a Whole Foods Market within a few blocks if you need groceries for the room. I would definitely stay here again for the convenience and the price.
“Nothing Fancy, Nothing Bad”
There is nothing fancy about this hotel. However, if you need a quick place to stay (or a place for an extended amount of time), this should be on the short list. The price cannot be beat and it has everything you need. There is nothing fancy - no lcd tv, no marble, no egyptian cotton sheets - but for what it is, it works.

Was nice and comfortable Full kitchen however TV remote didnt work and room smelt like smoke despite being in non smoking section
“Nice place”
It's more like a place that people would rent for studios or others to stay for a long time... even include fridge and electrical stove inside. But it's in a pretty good and convenient location. Cleanliness accepted.
“Very good for the money”
A no frills hotel for a no frills price. Lots of places to go within driving distance. The hotel was clean and the service was friendly. The full-sized fridge and microwave don't hurt either :) A few good restaurants nearby along with a CVS and a few gas stations if you just need basic food items. If you're looking to stay for a few days, you can't beat this.
