Also we had a incident with our key making machine which was out of the hotel’s control. Apologies for not meeting your expectations. Did you bring toilet not working to our front desk attention? We have maintenance personnel onsite to address any such issues immediately. We explained you the reason for not putting you on third floor because that is a floor with pets and you agreed that you do not want to be on the floor with pets as you are a light sleeper. The coffee is complementary and served 6am - 9pm. About stove, we have scheduled maintenance for the equipment for each room and we ensure that the equipment is in good working condition which I believe it was in your case as well. Utensils are provided on request. Usually Choice charges for set of utensils but at this hotel we provide it complementary. Therefore we are going above and beyond Choice requirements. We will take your feedback and share with our staff.

Our apologies for not meeting your expectations. We checked the room earlier in the day after another guest checked out. Room was in pristine condition. We have taken your feedback and looking into this matter.
