I experienced a lot of issues during my stay. Door locks didn’t work. Lights were out. TV remote never worked. Door key would stop working on a daily basis and 1 staff member seemed to get upset with me because I complained about it. She was very rude. I would NEVER stay there again.

Don’t fall for cheap
Room size is alright, bedsheet and comforter has multiple stain, floor carpet is soaking wet around ac unit area and upto the couch area and room smell wet water and ask for change the room but check in lady ask me why I have a problem with that so I ask her for clean comforter and spent a night and leave. I definitely don’t stay their again

1st room: had leak from ceiling unit above into bathroom, weird dirty old rag behind bathroom door, hairs on pillow and between sheets. 2nd room (requested change): smelled so strongly of weed couldn’t stay in there for a minute. 3rd room: stains on sheets, bullet hole in ceiling above bedroom. Loud partying fri night, guests yelling at 3am.

We need a refund
The hotel was very dirty. It looked nothing like the pictures. There were men hanging out in the parking lot smoking pot. The room was musty and smelled. The furniture/bed were broken down, torn up, smelly. We did. It stay there. It was a very scary, unsafe place.

False advertisement for sure.
Filthy with cigarette butts and ashes. The rooms smelled like ashtrays. Sofas had stains all over. Nasty and never coming back for sure.

TOO HOT TOO SLEEP NO AC
THE AC WAS NOT WORKING AND THEY BLAMED IT ON SOMEONE ELSE AND THEY WOULD NOT GIVE A REFUND OR DISCOUNT ON THE ROOM UNLESS WE LEAVE THE HOTEL. IT WAS CLOSE TO MIDNIGHT AND I WAS NOT GOING TO DRIVE AROUND AND TRY TO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SLEEP AFTER DRIVING MORE THAN 10 HOURS TO GET THERE, I KNOW THIS IS FALLING ON DEAF EARS AND NO ONE WILL REALLY DO ANYTHING FOR ME.

The room smelled of marijuana. The AC was completely turned off when we got there so we walked into a 90 degree room that took forever to cool down and it still felt humid. Our key card never worked and they never gave us a new one. The tv barely worked. And they still haven’t given me my deposit back. I am very displeased with this place and definitely won’t be staying here again. Probably my worst hotel experience ever.

HOT WATER IS NOT EASY
The showers are a MESS! I had appointment. I am accustomed to turn on shower, brush teeth and then step into shower. At this hotel COLD WATER PREVAILS! OMG, Mgr told me HOT WATER APPEARS, 15-20 MIN LITERALLY! OOMG IN TODAY TIMES HOT WATER IS ALWAYS INSTANTLY AVAILABLE!

I enjoyed my stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room - looked like extra cleaning measures in place due to COVID - 19. Front desk told me that room stays were being staggered, so you are assured a room that has been cleaned and been vacant at least a day. I was very pleased with my stay.

It had a very strong moldy musty smell. I actually had to burn a candle to help get rid of the smell. The shower was a joke. It had a severe water leak when you turned the shower on. The shower head was in such bad shape it sprayed water on the ceiling and wall more than on YOU! You couldn’t adjust it either! The light over the vanity was so dirty and lacking another fluorescent tube that it cast a shadow of brown over you. Sketchy neighborhood too.

Location was great and the bed was super comfortable. This is an older property, and there was some rust on the tub and such. Overall, it was perfect for our single night stay.

Staff was great, easy to find, the TV signal was a bit scratchy. The tub could have been cleaner. But, overall for a quick weekend in Houston, the price was right for a hotel if you want to save money.

Okay stay
Water pressure in the shower was terrible couldnt even take a relaxing shower. The comforter and towels had stains on them, sure probably was clean but it didn’t look it. i also got the room for two people with a king bed and when we came in the bed only had 3 pillows. Seems nit picky but in most places ive stayed its been 4 pillows for a king.
