Our stay at this property went above our expectations. Our rooms (we stayed in two separate rooms) were great. The beds comfortable and the rooms clean. The front desk staff was wonderful and so accomodating, friendly, and professional. Our family highly recommends this hotel.

This is an extremely busy hotel during this time of year due to kids tournaments and more. They were slamming doors at 6am, running up and down the halls and hanging out in the front taking up all the Lobby space. The room itself was clean but definitely well worn. Cushions were split and scuffed, the bathroom sink was cracked in a few places and more. The hotel has suffered a lot of wear and tear inside on the door facings, walls and floors. You can see that some areas like the restaurant and bar combo is very nice as is the lobby but perhaps due to the close proximity of the Galleria and downtown, it’s very popular. When we were visiting, they were repairing the outside so the windows had plastic sheeting on the outside. The parking is very limited as well so best show up earlier to get a parking spot. The service people working in the hallways were very friendly and helpful. They were the highlight of our trip. Hopefully when the outside and inside are renovated, it will improve things but be ready for grand central station as I feel that this weekend was not a one off occurrence.

This was my husband and I first time visiting Houston Tx and the only complaint we have is that the shower didn’t get hot. We complained about it on our second day consequently the next shower we took that day the hot water worked! Also they are doing remodeling but we didn’t hear any noise from it. This hotel is in a perfect location to Galleria and all the attractions we wanted to see. It’s about 10-12 mins from the Galleria. Easy access to the interstate but we took the roadway which was easy and we got to see the city!

Everything was good beside at the time of check in we asked to stay an hour later but the gentleman said the only way is to pay or get membership, we travel a lot and this never happened to us . But the good thing was a very nice lady at front desk an hour later said we can stay with no problem. Anyway we checked out even before 11 … hotel is very clean and nice

Thank them for taking the time to share their experience. We did have an unfortunate event that occurred that was an emergency to shut off the water. I hope that the issue with the TV was resolved as our maintenance staff is very well in responding to guests needs. We hope that this experience did not ruin our chances to have you here again. We are diligently making improvements to the building and hope you will be able to enjoy them soon.

Proper amount of amenities in the restroom with Large Bottles, Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion, face wipes, etc. Some hotels only give you a small bottle of each and for a family of 4 that is not enough.

Comfortable, clean, free parking is definitely a plus! Breakfast buffet is very nice. Unfortunately not as close to NRG Stadium as we thought.

room was dirty, dirty and old couch (stinks), broken drawers, wobbly toilet. missing mirror. I was totally disgusted by the room. We always stay at this hotel when we go to Houston. I will definitely consider a different hotel from here and on.

We had a few issues in our room to which Alicia, the Director of Operations, was quick to solve this with us and was extremely professional/polite. Will definitely come back here again as they are so easy to accommodate their customers.

This is an older hotel, but they have done a good job of keeping it up. One of the things we like about it is secured parking. Although there aren't alot of spaces. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Their is a restaurant in the hotel, but no meals are included.

It was the best experience. Room was very spacious, staff was absolutely incredible, and the breakfast buffet was amazing.
