“Fit for a King!”
Was very impressed with my stay at this hotel. Hotel staff was very impressionable, and made me feel like I was VIP. I book my stay on Expedia, for a 2 bed queen room because the price was cheaper. When I checked in, I asked for a king room and was granted that request without a problem nor was I charged for the upgrade. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this hotel chain.

The only reason I gave this a four is because the sink and granite top had a crack that had been repaired. Otherwise it was wonderful. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was wonderful. Thanks for a great stay!!

I really liked the hotel, but there were several extras - charges for parking, for breakfast. But it was safe and the people were nice.

“A good place to stay”
Pros - Nice room arrangement. Great bathroom/shower size. Comfy bed. Lots of pillows. Good breakfast. Cons - Indoor pool causes most of downstairs area to reek of chlorine. Didn't like that we had to pay to park in the garage. Set back off road behind another hotel which caused us to pass it up twice.

friendly staff, good breakfast selection, can walk to the Galleria, close by to lots of restaurants. would definitely stay here again if travelling through Houston
“Excelent comitment to the guest”
I arrive late and have a pleasant attention and quick registration, my flight back home was at 9 PM and I request and late checkout, get a very good time. the hotel is 2 blocks from Galleria Mall and good for business and sending the family to the mall while attending business.

Hotel was very nice. I think it was at the top of the non-luxury class of hotel. Room clean, staff courteous, and breakfast good. Excellent location close to Galleria, but not too convenient to Minutemaid Park. (I was there for a baseball game) Was not around for Managers Reception. Parking a full size truck in garage was a little tight. Overall impression of hotel was good and I'll go back again.
