One of the best deals in the area
5 night stay for our first time here. Med center is close to downtown and to the museum district. Very convenient for us. Room super comfy. Amazing bathroom ! The Blossom Hotel has a very good staff.

Très bel hôtel, très bien entretenu. Très belle grande chambre spacieuse et bien décorée. Petits accessoires luxueux. Lits très très confortables avec coussin de plumes sur le matelas (rareté). Très agréablement surprise par cet hôtel dont je ne connaissais pas la marque. Tout a été pensé pour être luxueux. Le staff (valet parking) très gentils et serviables. Je recommanderais très certainement cet hôtel a mes proches et amis.

This property quality has significantly gone down. I used to come here all the time last year on staycations and yesterday, was probably the last time I will come to this location. I had to ask multiple times for the staff to remove a plate that looked like it had been in the hallway from another visitor for a while as the food was dried on the plate. The staff overall was not welcoming and looked irritated to be there. Not quite the image of hospitality. This is such a shame because the property itself was once very beautiful and had much potential.

This property is the best in the Medical Center. This is my 3rd stay and it is consistently immaculate, the staff are amazing/very professional. I stayed in March after my surgery for almost 3 weeks. My only issue was Uber/food deliveries couldn’t bring food to my room as I was unable to walk without severe pain the first couple of weeks. Of course Pablo and Dhanishla at the front desk are STARS and offered to assist on their shifts!!! They were both Very attentive and kind!

Overall the stay was beautiful, rooms were extremely spacious and aesthetically pleasing. We had to rent the microwave for 25 a night for the microwave handle to be broken. We had issues with our toilet night 2 and 3 and we took videos of everything before we used it to protect ourselves because unfortunately it felt like things were slowly falling apart. The staff was extremely helpful and sweet but when I went to them with my issues, they didn’t seem surprised as if they’ve heard my issue before. To stay here you really do need to drive because ride share apps will have you spending a lot of money only because it’s pretty far from everything but that’s not terrible. Overall, I give it a 3 the place was beautiful, staff was sweet and welcoming but there were just a few things that just need to be fixed.

I will say this I have been traveling for yrs and try to stay in the best hotels. This was my first time being discriminated against for my sexuality. My wife and I were violated by a male staff member who used his key to come into our room as we were just getting out of the shower and trying to get dressed. We were also accused of smoking when neither of us smoke anything at all. The male staff member claimed there silent alarm had been going off for days in the room yet we had just checked in hours prior. I’m extremely upset at the violation as well as my wife and will be taking further action.

The property and room was very nice. Our room was next to the elevator, and therefore very noisy. Our order at the restaurant was messed up and 3 mixed drinks totaled $70 with tip.

Close to the medical district of Houston. Very nice staff. Prompt and courteous. The music in the dining room was a bit loud. Overall easy to locate the amenities. A gem of hotel in the conglomerate of chains.

Very nice, smells AMAZING! No microwaves in the rooms & none for public use. Heating/cooling is super slow though. & the fridge/cooler sucks. Would still do it all over again though.
