the hotel was pretty good for the money, the lobby was cleans, employees friends and nice hot breakfast in the am.

“Cheapest towels ever!”

First of all, the location is not a mile from the Galleria drive-wise; maybe a mile as the crow flies. The front staff help was not friendly. There were no wash cloths in the room, and the towels were so thin you could read through them.

“Awful location”

If anyone is considering staying at this Best Western, I strongly warn them about the kind of stablishments located around that area: lots of adult entertainment, not at all a family ambiance. I would be even doubtful about the security during night time. Breakfast is served with the most basic ingredients and the whole place is in need of an urgent renovation.

“Hotel was a big disappintment!”

This hotel was a BIG disappointment to my husband and myself. It was more than a mile from the Galleria! The exterior look of the hotel was shabby. Curtains were disarrayed in every window. The massage palor and other adult attractions across the street did not make this an acceptable place to stay for us. We immediately turned around to locate a more acceptable hotel!
