Our room as well as the rest of the hotel appeared to be kept extremely clean. The entire staff from the front desk through the cleaning staff, and those who facilitated breakfast were all friendly and cheerful making our stay all the more enjoyable. When a problem arose with the folks we were visiting, Justin facilitated a change which enabled us to address that problem.
We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to the medical center in Houston, Texas. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, the hotel was very clean and it was one of the quietest hotels I have ever experienced. The room itself was more than adequate in size. My husband is disabled and he had no issues with getting around the room.
This hotel impressed me with having the amenities I cared about. The decent-sized room had a small fridge, but also a small microwave and a few dishes—not a full kitchen, but enough to get by for many purposes. The bed was firm but comfortable. There was a feather duvet (which I had to get switched out as I am allergic to feathers), but hypo-allergenic (synthetic filling) pillows. Not only is internet access free, but so are the computers in the lobby, and printing, and the espresso machine and the snacks and soda pop in the lobby as well. Just convenient, everything is included, and the price is more than competitive. The restaurant/bar was also very good, albeit not open too late (closed at 10 on weeknights, 10:30 weekends).
