Needs major updating. The bed mattresses were cheap and sunk-in. Desk and chairs VERY cheap. Oceanfront but NO hot tub??? Great view from the balcony, but the old uncomfortable room make the stay not enjoyable. Some of the staff looked depressed and slightly rude too. Plus my reservation wasn't transferred from Expedia into their computer!

My room looked like a motel room not an hotel. Thats unfortunate. They are charging quite a lot for the night and the rooms and all hotel need a lot of repairs. Not sure ill visit again until things will get a little bit nicer than how it looks and feel now.

There was a shortage of elevators. It took a long time to wait for one. The area between the lobby and the pool smelled. The pool closed at 6pm- much earlier than it should.

The staff were very friendly and they have great beach access. However, there were ants all over my room and my bed, the didn’t come service the room when asked, and on Saturday their entire pool was taken over by a Zumba camp of 15 year old girls so we couldn’t enjoy it.

Finally got my keys to the room to find broken tv, then they switched me to another room and the stove was not working, then changed to another room with a broken fridge light and a half broken shower handle at this point I gave up with changing rooms. I waisted 4 hrs for no reason the staff are not useful. They where suppose to provide new light bulb for the fridge and the never did. After several days me and my wife started experiencing rash like symptoms from BED BUGS we left our vacation early due to this. Was the worst experience I had. When we arrive back home in Toronto my wife went to the hospital. She is now on medication and creams. If I could add photos I would no option. No room service what so ever!!!!

Spend a little more and stay elsewhere in the area. This property is old (not in a good way) and in need of major renos. Only 1 of 5 elevators was in service. No amenities. The fire alarm in our room (?) was going off and it took 5 hours to resolve, only after 4 calls and 2 trips to the front desk. Front desk staff were very kind but seemed unable to respond to all the issues in the hotel. Don’t book it!!

We did not like valet parking service--takes way too long to get the car. Also 2 out of 5 elevators were out of service so waiting to go up and down was unwanted. Lastly we asked for 3 days for wash cloths and finally got ONE on the last day.

Horacio is the receptionist that first attended me at check in - because of my flight, I arrived at 7am at the hotel and I went to check for the possibility of a room available. He already started by answering my first question with a tone and being rude, saying that the check in was only at 4pm, which I already knew, however after I asked if he could at least take my phone number and let me know, he once again was rude. I started conversing with him noticing his flag from Argentina when he started saying that he doesn't like it in Florida because people are not polite and have no respect, saying that the younger generations are the worst. I consider myself the younger generation, therefore his comments felt a lot like they were meant for me. The next day I again see him screaming at another guest because two elevators were broken. Overall, everyone in the hotel seemed extremely rude, unhappy and unwilling to help. Two elevators were broken, the room was dirty, the pool bar attendants were kind of rude as well. Very very disappointed. Nobody who works in there feel like they enjoy their jobs, at all.

I checked in on Friday and had no hot water,I told the front desk and they said they would take care of it, I left a day early on Sunday and they still didn’t come to even check it.They charged for parking 25 a day which was not mentioned when making reservation.The staff there couldn’t care less about the customers.

Old and needs renovations. Cheap came out expensive for me. Valet damaged my car and company wouldn’t admit to doing so. So be careful no self parking and valets don’t care about your vehicle.

The hotel is little old and runout. The service was good and the view from our room was very nice. We were attending an event in the hotel, so it was convenient just to walk back to our room after the event. It was a really good night to start off the holiday season.

Expected more from a Ramada. Horrible time trying to figure out where to park and vallet was available but person could not speak english to tell me how to get to other parking. Rooms pain peeling fridge and counters scratched and donged up. No lamps in room. Only nice thing was balcony and view

Pool lady takes my towel back & dirty, old, hotel
Got the hotel room because I wanted a view. View was great. Here was the negative: 1) little fly rolly polly bugs in the hotel room (about 10-20) 2) Pain in the butt to extend your stay. I had business meetings from 9 am - 5 pm every time. I would leave at 730 and twice came down to extend my stay. Some guy at the desk said I had to call a number on a business card after 9. I was a little annoyed because I had to work then but just made the time to step out. I called the front desk at 9 and person who answered said I could only extend my stay in person at the front desk. I told them what the other employee said and they acted confused. Lost my room, so I had to redo the process at 7 pm when I got back that night. Same thing happened again 2 nights later when I found out mid day I had to extend my stay. 3) Some pool attended took back towels from me at 630 am. I brought the towels out wanting to watch the sun rise and put my stuff on a chair. She couldn't speak English and made me give the towels back. 4) Gate to beach was broken, so you had to go out of the hotel and around to public access. Stuff happens which is understandable. 5) Room wasn't clean. Hairs in bed, floors weren't clean,and you could tell the place had been repaired a lot. 6) Weirdest one: no water pressure in the shower and no racks lol. Seriously, no rack or shelf in the shower so I ended up having to walk in and out of the shower to the bathroom sink to get shampoo and soap.
