“Definitely would go back”
Hotel staff was friendly. Hotel was very clean. Restaurant was good. Good selection of free breakfast including fresh made pancakes ans omlettes. Hotel was busy with conventions going on but staff was still helpful and very polite. Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely go back.

This was a fabulous hotel. The breakfast was amazing and the service was top notch.

The hotel was beautiful and the suites were very roomy. The view from our window was great. The staff was superb and the breakfast buffet was very tasty. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very clean and modern. It was close to downtown. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel staff in all areas of service, excellent customer service. Really like the multiple individual check-in desks, it made the service better and more personal than the standard front desk. Location was great to get to downtown area, easy walk. The staff for the morning complimentary breaksfast, again very nice and skilled in quality customer service. overall a great hotel at a very reasonable price
“Simply WONDERFUL!!”
This hotel was simply wonderful! Everything about the Embassy Suites Hot Springs was top notch. We checked in late (after 10:30 pm), and we did not encounter any difficulties! My husband is from Hot Springs, so we are REALLY picky about where we stay when we come to visit. He likes to stay within a certain proximity (for convenience when visiting with family members), but this time we ventured out a bit and boy were we pleasantly surprised with our choice! We were traveling with our three children and our God daughter and space was a must. The room was completely large enough to accomodate all of us comfortably. We reserved a corner room because we were told that it was larger, so if you are traveling with children I would highly recommend paying the bit extra for a lot of space. There were were two queen beds in the master bedroom that had a DOOR!! The living room area contained a television (which was a HUGE hit with the children because they did not have to watch what we were watching and vice versa), and a pull out bed which was very comfortable. The kitchenette area was also a nice bonus. It had a sink, microwave, and mini fridge. Again, very kid friendly. Everything was clean and we cannot wait to visit Hot Springs again to see family and friends (and stay in this lovely hotel). *The complementary breakfast and afternoon snack looked "yummy", however we did not get a chance to partake this time. But, there is always "next" time!

Great hotel and service at reasonable prices.
“My 65th birthday was FABULOUS and so was Embassy Suites Hot Springs”
Accomodations were fabulous.. even with about 300 cheerleaders staying at the hotel, the stay was wonderful. Bed was comfy and CLEAN and bathroom was CLEAN and hotel personnel were courteous and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. I would definitely stay there again!
“Best in town”
Very pleased. The property is expensive, but when you consider the breakfast and happy hours that were included, it's probably a price-performer. Very clean, and as upscale a hotel as Hot Springs has available. Close to everything. Quiet. Nice pool/workout facility. Friendly staff.
