“great hotel”

The staff was very friendly and the room and hotel was very clean. I will defineatly stay there again. It is centraly locacted to all activities and easy in and out from main street.

Our king suite was exactly as we had hoped it would be, spacious and comfy. Our weekend was relaxing, and we were pleased with the value and condition of the hotel. Having eaten hotel breakfasts before, as expected, this wasn't spectacular, but there was at least enough variety that we didn't walk away famished (5 minutes or less to Cracker Barrel). This hotel will put you within 5 minutes from Lake Hamilton and shopping at the south end of Hot Springs and within 10 minutes from HS National park. You are very close to 270/MLK Expressway, but we never heard any highway noise. Indoor pool is nice, as is the hot tub, but be prepared, it can get pretty noisy if large groups of kids are staying in the hotel, too.

“If ever back in Hot Springs we would stay there again”

Only thing I can say is to make sure your phone is turned on in your room. Midnight the day we were leaving we went to call the desk for a wake up call and we had no phone. One of us had to get dress and go down stairs to tell them we wanted a wake up call and they checked the computer and our phone had been shut off the whole 3 days we were there. And we did not get our wake up call on time it was 45 minutes late and the desk person came to our door because she couldnt get our phone to work.

We came to hot springs for a weekend getaway and were impressed with the hotel, service & cleanness of our room! The location is great only 2 miles away from all the action! Definitely would recommend to everyone!!!

“Very Accomodating Hotel - Great Breakfast”

My wife, daughter and I decided to get away for a few days. After researching hotels, we came across Comfort Suites. The rooms were very clean and current. The accomodations were great and the location was close to Bath House Row and near all the shopping areas and restaurants. Next time we visit Hot Springs, we will definitely stay at Comfort Suites.

“Hot Springs Great Hotel”

I loved this hotel and Hot Springs area is very beautiful. We enjoyed the spas, the shopping, the Tower, hiking, the food and the history of the place. I wish we had more time. Maybe next time.

This was a really nice hotel. It's close to the track, whcih worked out great for us. It is also close to tons of restaurants.

“Hot Springs Comfort Suites”

The comfort suites are one of the few hotels around that support a family that large. The rooms were very comfortable and there were sleeping arrangements for five in the room. They served a hot breakfast each morning that was very good. They also kept their breakfast open later than most which made it ideal for the ones who sleep in a little later. Over all a very enjoyable experience and I would go back.
