“Excellent Hotel and Service”
Hotel staff is extremely professional and friendly. They were efficient and service oriented and gave attention to every detail. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel rooms are like mini apartments and I loved being in my room after a day out. There were no amenities spared and the flatscreens, bathrooms, livingrooms, you name it - made you feel at home. Downstairs is Zuma - an excellent restaurant I have been to in both London and Dubai - and amazing shops. I would highly recommend hotel.
“The rooms have no views, but man are the suites sweet”
I was the good fortune of staying in a "L900 Landmark Suite", and I have never been so impressed with the quality of a room As soon as you walk into the suite, a huge spa bath awaits you in the entrance. At first its hard to get your mind around till you walk around the whole thing a realise this is your haven amidst the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong. So ok - the place doesnt have a view. But the attention to every detail from the staff, the central location and the brand new facilities all make this hotel a must. I have been to Hong Kong as a business traveller many times, and this is the best hotel I have stayed at by far.
“Fabulous Hong Kong Hotel”
The MO chain has always been of the highest quality but the Landmark MO in HongKong was outstanding in every way. When I checked in 2 members of staff showed me to my room and ensured that I had everything I needed. The room itself was very large and sumptuous. The overall experience was excellent and I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to other discerning travellers - either business or pleasure.
“Another Great Mandarin”
I had a faultless experience at the Landmark Mandarin: lots of space in the room, contemporary decor, spotless. Room layout is unusual but not unpleasant. The service was great and the location is terrific. I can't put my finger on it, but I still prefer the totally refurbished "old" Mandarin a few blocks away.
“Consistently wonderful Mandarin Oriental”
Having stayed in three Mandarin Oriental properties to date, I am blown away by how well the hotels are run. Things are effortless for the guest, with bell clerks, reception attendants, concierges, and dining staff always on their game. We were always greeted by a smile and a salutation, and staff remembered who we were, even if a few days had passed since we had last seen them. The quality of the room was excellent. No amenity was overlooked, with video hookups for various equipment made available, power chargers for guest use, yoga mats, etc.
“Great Hotel in the Heart of Central”
The worst thing I can say about this hotel is that it is a little too close for comfort to Hong Kong's Harvey Nichols (which is next door in the Landmark shopping Mall). From the minute we arrived we were treated to courteous and friendly service. The room (a L600 Premier) blew us away with its spaciousness and luxurious fittings - all that was missing was a view. The hotel's highlight is its Oriental Spa. The Spa is the ultimate oasis for helping to get over a long flight, or recover from a day of hard shopping. On our day of departure, as our flight was in the late afternoon (after the standard 12 noon checkout time), we were able to use the Spa's facilities before heading to the Airport Express station (a 5 minute taxi journey away) to check-in. This facility alone will bring us back in the future. In short, a great hotel that did not disappoint.
“Superb service from all the hotel staff”
Particularly impressed with the limo service - the driver couldn't have been more helpful. Same applied to all the hotel staff really. A first class experience.
“excellent overall experience”
the hotel is very well located. The room is very modern and very confortable. The breakfast is amazing.
“The best hotel I've ever been to!”
As a businessman who travels around the world, I've been to many 5 star hotels in many countries, including Hong Kong. This hotel was definitely the best experience I've ever had! The room, the service, the spa - you have to see it to believe it! The location is also fantastic - in Central, walking distance to anywhere. You can get to the hotel easily via the Airport Express train from the airport and the MTR subway system.
“The doorman”
The doorman was terrific. It was terribly hot while we were in Hong Kong. When we came in one afternoon, the doorman provided us with cold bottles of water. The next day we went to Macau, the doorman supplied us with a map and more bottles of water. The staff at the hotel was terrific, but the doorman added that much more to the experience.
