“Austin Texas”
Very good location on Nathan Road and at the waterside of Kowloon. Great staff, and would stay there in future.
“outstanding”
Both the staff and hotel itself are outstanding, plus the location is very good, couldn't ask for more for the cost.
“Christmas 2011 stay”
I stayed here for 3 days during the Christmas period 2011. The location of the hotel was more than fantastic. close to the MTR and was across the road from the post office. So it was handy to post back my excess shopping to Australia. Walking distance to the walk of stars and the hotel was fantastic. Had great shops under the hotel also which we enjoyed. Hotel was very clean and a good size. Wish I upgraded to an ocean view so I could see hong kong island.
“Fantastic - Highly recommended”
Beautiful hotel, great location, fantastic views from Harbour View Room. Very helpful and friendly staff, could not recommend this hotel highly enough!
“very good”
excelent , ubication, service , food , is 5 stars really
“Excellent deal”
The hotel was clean and classy. The staff was courteous and attentive, defintiely would go back.
“Great place to stay...highly recommend it.”
Thank you to the great concierge staff who arranged ferry tickets to mainland China for us. A great in-house travel agency arranged a couple of tours for us and a rush visa when we discovered one of ours was not going to work when we returned to the mainland. Great staff at the poolside bar made a few hours in the sun alot of fun. Would not hesitate to stay there again.
“Great Hotel in Kowloon - Want To Go Back”
Our stay (my wife and I) was incredibly wonderful. The staff was helpful, courteous, and unobtrusive. The service we received was first rate. The location was convenient to the MTR, bus lines, and the Star Ferry. Our harbor view room was comfortable and we had enough room to stow our possessions. If one desires one can also view the nightly laser light show from the room. The morning breakfast buffet was reasonable and the Japanese restaurant was excellent. We used the fitness facility and it was more than adequate for our needs. We stayed 9 nights and can't wait to return.
“Excellent Hotel with Exceptional Service”
Highly recommend this hotel. Excellent location with very friendly staff. For example, they were able to arrange early check in, late check out despite being extremely busy and, in relation to check in, while the computer system down, based on some great initiative shown by the desk clerk. Rooms very nice, good breakfast room, gym, etc.
“Wonderful experience”
My husband, our daughter and I stayed at The Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers for 3 nights and it was a truly wonderful experience. After 3 weeks in Europe it was a good half way home stop, to rest and catch up on some sleep. The staff could not have done more to help us. Check-in, the concierge service and food and beverage service was excellent. I had to arrange an interview via Skype and the staff were most helpful, arranging a camera and ensuring I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Our room had a beautiful view of the Harbour and HK Island. When a few small problems occurred in our room assistance arrived immediately and we received a follow up call to confirm everything was right. Thank you.
