Location was great. Public transportation was right at the hotel door. Front desk very nice and helpful. They let us do early check-in for free. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows. They were very hard. No soft pillows.

6 mins walk to mtr, many buses in front of hotel including trams. I can get everything I need around hotel including laundromat. Helpful staff. Would stay there again. The express bus from airport stops less than 100 m near hotel.

We got the triple room which was big and we could open 2 large luggages. Writing desk and pantry area is great. Room was clean though facilities are old. Location is great with many transport options. Dining choices are huge and supermarkets nearby. Mattress is hard, so i asked for extra pillows which hotel bought quickly. Good value for money on weekdays, weekend rate are expensive

As we were catching a cruise ship, the hotel was an ideal location. All amenities were within walking distance. Room although small in comparison to Western hotels was clean.

We really liked the location of the hotel. It is close to everything. Dining options were just great. There were so many good restaurants. And the hotel is close to everything you need to get. The bus linese are very good and close by. The hotel is a bit dated. It is spacious but the interior is old. It has a self laundry room. Overall we dont mind the hotel is old. There was one big agitant. The hotel room door needed a big pull or push to close. So when you exit the room you need to pull or push hard and it makes a big noise. Our neighbor tourists got up 5 in morning and started in and out of the room. Guess they had friends on the same floor. They closed the door so hard it woke us up the same time. This is something the hotel can do to change the door knobs or make the door closes easier without msking a big noise. Overall we recommend this hotel for convience of amenities.

Hotel's small savings harmed overall good impress
It was disappointing that hand/face towels were not provided, and the tooth paste provided was only sufficient for one tooth brushing. After we bought some toothpaste for use, hotel stopped providing us with replacement toothbrushes and toothpaste altogether.

Location was good, 7 minute walk to 2 MTR stations : HKU and Sai Yin Pun which connects to HK and Kowloon lines. Plentiful local eateries for both authentic and fast food. There are even several takeaways for Cantonese style meals.
