“Langham Place in Mongkok, Hong Kong - Visit from Hawaii”
Location location location... Hotel staff was extremely courteous and sincere. The best thing about our stay was the location of the hotel! Attached to one of the nicest shopping centers in Mongkok and also located right above the Mongkok subway station makes this hotel one of the most convenient experiences ever! I must mention that the surrounding restaurants/eateries and stores were some of the most popular too! We will definitely book another stay at this hotel during our annual visits to H.K. Well worth the little extra $$$ to stay here!
“A very modern and comfortable hotel”
This one lived up to its billing as a modern and upscale hotel. The room was quite spacious and we found the staff very helpful. We have been to Hong Kong several times before and would highly recommend this hotel. If you are familiar with Hong Kong, the location or distance from some of Hong Kong's main attractions is certainly manageable. The adjacent mall/shopping plaza is also very well appointed, with a big food court, theatres, etc.
“Clean hotel next to a great shopping mall.”
Excellent hotel. No complaints at all, except no free in-room wi-fi. And I did not get a King size bed as requested, but settled for a Queen.
“Totally satisfied”
Hotel is connected to a mall and the MTR so food, shopping and transportation is not a problem. Facilities are excellent.
“Not Impresses”
Internet is only good for 1 device. I have 2 computers and 2 ipads which means I will have to pay four times to get them all working. They told me to bring my airport express and my computer to the concierge which I did, waited for 15 mins, and then they said they will send someone to my room and they never show up. On the other hand, I found my lab top cracked while I was out (did not make a complaint because I didn't see the point), my shampoo bottle was broken which they did put the remains in a new jar and apologized. Ordered a morning call and a reminder in 5 mins. The morning call came through but not the reminder. These are the only services I required during my stay and they did not go well. But some of the staff are very cheerful and friendly.
“Location and convenience”
Prime locaction for shopping-connected to a 12 story mall with many shops in surrounding area. A bit pricey-but comfortable. Service was excellent-entire staff accommodates guests. Would book again.
“Great Hotel”
Customer Service at the hotel was excellent. Very clean and convient to transportation. The hotel is in a very busy area. Loved it would stay there again.
“Langham Place Kowloon,heaven!”
On arrival, great live jazz trumpet, the air smelled like a spring day ! The entire hotel was so organized. The room perfect. The marbel shower and the huge tube made leaving the room hard. The 4th floor restaurant called "The Place" was so wonderful, we dined there almost nonstop. It is very late and I am ready for bed, but I want to say that the people at the Langham Place were so humble, in their desire to help you, any way they could. Oh try the fresh oysters from New Zealand or Ireland...etc,etc. Highly Recommended !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
“Trendy hotel”
The Langham Place is a very good hotel. The rooms were modern and clean. The bathroom was also very nice, with a glass wall facing the room. The hotel is a bit expensive though. And the locality in which it is situated is not ideal. But it is close to the subway station and overall a covenient deal. I wish they could provide a free shuttle from Kowloon station like other hotels. The breakfast was vast with a huge selection and the service was also very good. The internet is a bit pricey. Overall, a good stay.
“Can't wait to go back. Excellent service all across the board.”
Great location for a reasonable price. It is in the heart of a VERY busy area but yet it is quiet and comfortable enough to relax at night. Hotel is rated 5 stars and it deserves all of it.
