“Good location”

“Right in the Heart of Action and Shopping”

Great location. Right beside MTR (subway train) allows quick convienent transportation throught out HK, Kowloon. Short walk to Harbour and Walk of Stars. Staff or very helpful. Rooms are small but not much of inconvience. Upgrade to supperior Club room for a little more allows check in & out for quicker, more personal service and special seating for breakfast Buffets. It also includes free lunch and evening cocktails which save a lot of money. Included free wifi and internet access for 2 devices. Overall a good hotel with excellent location. Only drawback for such a busy hotel is poor seating in the lobby area. Limited and crowdes the lobby creating jam ups, but definitely a recommend

Area recommendations

Walk of Stars is very close, allows quick view of Victoria Harbour and the nightly light show. You are centralized in the shopping area of the Golden Mile of Nathan Rd. Close to Harbour City for some upscale shopping as well as other shops along Nathan Rd.

Getting around

Right beside MTR stop - Convienient for quick access throught out Hong Kong and Kowloon for Shopping and sight seeing.

“Heart of the tourist area”

Great location as it's right on top of the MTR so you have easy access to everything. Easy 5 minute walk to the Ferry or nightly light show. Being the main tourist area you will have the touts but they're easy to ignore and don't pester as much as they use to. The breakfast buffet has lots of variety The rooms are small which I hear is the norm for this area. If you've spent any time in a motor home you'll feel right at home. Rooms with an adjoining door are not that private, you can hear conversations, etc....Also, there is no elevator security (door key is not required). Overall, I prefer to stay on the island

“Great location, Great Price, Great Hotel”

This was my first trip to Hong Kong, and I was there for a short business trip. The hotel was perfect. Great location within the city - walking distance to tons of stores and restaurants, and plenty of taxis for longer trips. Rooms were small, but extremely clean and well maintained. Overall, extremely satisfied!

“great location and view”

We stayed at the Kowloon Hotel for 3 nights. It's definitely more expensive than most places we stay in when we travel at home in Canada, but Hong Kong is expensive. We were looking for comfort, cleanliness, and location. We were very satisfied. The hotel is a block from the waterfront, right on Nathan Road, and right at a subway stop. Our room was rather small with only a double bed, but for 3 nights we didn't really care about that. We would stay here again if we traveled back to Hong Kong in the future.

Kowloon -- close to many attractions, food, and the subway system

Getting there

If arriving in Hong Kong by air, either take a taxi (if there are 2 of you) or the airport shuttle bus, which will drop you right off at your hotel.

“very good for short stay”

Great hotel, is very clean, quiet and in a convenient location. Short walk to Star Ferry or MTA. Price compares favorably to other hotels in the area. The rooms are small but comfortable.

Hotel is very small, small rooms and u can tell it s old. Rooms are very, very small, but they are very clean, and the service of the maids is excellent. Location is Key. You can walk anywhere in Kolwoon and 5 min from the Ferry

“Great hotel, great location”

We were very satisfied and impresed with this hotel. All staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful, even non-frontline staff. Our stay was made more enjoyable by having an upper level room with partial views of the harbour and the Hong Kong skyline and gaining access to "Harbour Club" privileges.The location was very convenient being near ferry serivces, subway, good shops and several cultural facilities.

“HongKong Kowloon Hotel”

The Kowloon hotel is in a great location. The Hotel Staff was very friendly and helped with good advise about transportation around the city. As with most Hotel Rooms in HongKong the room was compact very comfortable.
