“JJ Hotel”

The hotel is close to Wan Chai station and is surrounded by lots of restaurants and other retail shops. Trams run from nearby to Causeway Bay and buses are also available. I had some trouble getting my wireless internet connection to work. The hotel provided me with the pass code, but the internet wouldn't work. This was related to the isp supplier, the gateway address on thier router was incorrect. The hotel is unusual, as it doesn't have the huge lobby, reception is on the 9th floor and is quite small but still efficient. The rooms are quite modern and I enjoyed my time here.

“Great budget hotel”

This was a most acceptable hotel as a 3 star. Not a luxury hotel. Great price and generally satisfied with everything.

“impressed with the quality of the hotel”

i only stayed at this hotel for the last few days of my trip but i should have stayed at this hotel for my whole trip. the bed was extremely comfortable. the shower was much cleaner than other places i had stayed. the room looked better than a room i stayed in at a 5 star hotel. the room looks exactly like the pictures. the shower was misleading because to get hot water, you needed to turn the shower knob the opposite way. the internet connection was weak (stayed on the 12th floor but connection was better on the 9th).

“Peu de services et un ménage très superficiel”

Le personnel parle à peine anglais. Le ménage n'est pas fait correctement (poubelle de SdB non vidée sur plusieurs jours...). Il n'y a que 2 grandes serviettes de bain et deux petites serviettes par SdB pour une chambre deluxe (pas de serviette supplémentaire, pas de peignoir). On ne peut même pas avoir d'oreillers supplémentaire.

“JJ hotel Hong Kong”

The room was perfect and the personel was very polite. However, there was no hot watter for more than a minute, neither on the morning, nor in the evening. Then, the personel made promises to come to my room and take care of the issue and they really didn't. If that was accidebntal, the hotel is real fine for money. But if it was a regular thing, is a more than a serious concern.
