“A Magnificent Hotel”
The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. They anticipated your every need and the whole experience was one which I shall remember for a long time. Well done Intercontinental Hong Kong.
“Great Location. Worth the Money.”
Allowed for early check-in (at 7:30 AM). Service staff was very attentive. Amazing location. Worth the extra money for a harbor view room. Several times found myself just sitting in the room watching the boat traffic through Victoria Harbor with Hong Kong island in the background.
“The Perfect Spot”
Great hotel in a great location. Room was large with a very comfortable bed & great views. Wonderful big bathroom. Very comfortable & clean & we felt right at home & we were sorry to leave. Staff were extremely attentive. he breakfast buffet was great & had great views. Close to all transport: bus, subway & star ferry Can't wait to go back to the Intercontinental
“Butler service 24/7”
I was trying to order a lot of different things but it will be fixed ANYTHING by 1 call. This service is pretty cool and guaranteed it will be fixed. Very impressive.
“stay here if you want to stay in”
hotel was inaccessable (not completely but still) during the christmas eve because of the road block. quite ridiculous.
“decent”
I recently visited HK twice for several days each time, and the second time stayed at this Intercontinental for 4 nights as I'd read a harbourview room here was a "must do". While it's undeniably a beautiful property, beware that you will be charged a small fortune per 24 hours for internet, and if you dare to have a smartphone and a laptop and want to access the net from either of them, you will be charged for each of them! IMHO the Marco Polo Hong Kong is just as good, in a great location too, and at significant savings to the Intercontinental.
