“Almost Perfect!”

I'm a single traveller who arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. very tired. I received an upgrade and was in my room quickly after a speedy check in. What a great place to recover from jet lag. Other than a bit of midew in the shower it was a perfect stay!

I was more than satisfied with this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous, and the hotel was extremely well maintained. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Kowloon.

“Great hotel”

Excellent hotel! Clean and a great deal. Room, carpet, and bathroom all immaculate clean. Highly recomend. Great location centrally located. Go across street to shopping area with great eats! DFS also across street, and starbucks is 1 block up. MTR (subway) is 2 blocks up. Taxi fare from airport oneway was $120 HK dollars (about $18 us dollars).

“Very clean hotel - will certainly go back”

The hotel is very clean, hotel staff were all helpful and friendly. However, the hotel is difficult to find if you arrive by train, car or foot. It is a good 10 minutes walk to the MTR station and another 15 minutes walk inside the train station to get to the train. It would be nice if the flat screen TV (in the room) is a little bigger. It was difficult to watch unless you sit close to it.

The staff was excellent and very professional. The assistance manager treated us like a VIP. The room were more than what I expected clean and spacious. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ALL TRAVELERS STAYING IN HONG KONG....

“One of the best hotels ever for the price!!!!!!!!!!”

Everything about this hotel is first class. Hotel lobby, restaurants, Nikko Room were beautiful and the view over the harbor is great. The staff, the accomodations - everything. Easy walk to Nathan Road. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Dozens of items on the buffet. You could select strictly American/British(eggs cooked to order) or strictly Asian or, obviously, mix and match. I had Dragon fruit with my scrambled eggs and bacon. Numerous pastries. European/American or Asian. We did not try the restaurant, but its quality should match the rest of the hotel. Prices are reasonable. Staff goes above and beyond in service. That applies to the total staff from front desk to cleaning service. We were there for the Chinese New Year and the hotel put on a demonstration from the restaurant chefs of making Mochi a pounded (wooden mallets) rice cake (uncooked) served at Japanese New Year. All guests in attendance in the lobby received samples to sample with chopsticks. If we go back to Hong Kong or another place that has a Hotel Nikko, that is where we will stay!

This is a quality hotel. I had an upgrade. The room was very nice and comfortable. I got taxi's to get around, not sure how close MTR. Would certainly recommend, very good value.
