“My Best Hotel Experience to Date”
WHAT SERVICE we were treated like royalty, this was our first trip to hong kong and loved it, each day was started off great by the hotels friendliness and helpfulness. We Will Go Back Again in a Heartbeat.
“Will be going back!”
Had a great stay here. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. Had a club class room with club lounge access, definatly worth the extra. Breakfast was more than we expected not just continental coffee and crossiant. Evening cocktails included lots of wine, hot and cold snack food. Hotel very near to Temple Street Night Market for late night shopping, also close to MTR station so easy to access the rest of Kowloon and Hong Kong Island. Views from room not that good just other high rise buildings, not sure what else we should have expected in such a densely populated area! We will be going back to Hong Kong as soon as we can and will stay in this hotel.
“A wonderful stay - perfect for familes”
My family and I (wife and 2 children) stayed in 2 connected deluxe rooms for 11 nights. The rooms are modern, practical and very clean. The beds and pillows are just right after a hard day sight-seeing or shopping. What impressed me the most was the incredible levels of service. From the driveway attendants to the concierge, everyone showed genuine interest in making our stay the best stay possible. The hotel is great for business people, couples and families and there were a few weddings in the ball room whilst we were there. We found lots of Australians staying at the Eaton Hotel. The prices are about right for the levels of comfort and service. My only gripe was the internet access was a little on the pricey side...but I found ways around that. Just go down to the cafe on LG level, there are free Internet PCs for the guests to use. The hotel is in a great location, at the northern end of the "Golden Mile" Nathan Road and just 5 mins from Jordan MTR station. We found the Eaton a great place to base ourselves and were able to access everywhere in Hong Kong, Kowloon, Lantau Island and the New Territories that we wanted to go to, with ease.
“Great Hotel”
The Eaton is an excellent hotel. We had read reviews on Hongkong hotel rooms being small therefore we booked a suite. I cannot fault the suite we had a comfortable bedroom with queen bed a reasonable bathroom and a nice sitting room. The hotel location around half way up the golden mile is ideal for all the markets and shoppng areas by foot. Hongkong island is an easy excursion by foot using the cheap star ferries. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to shop the markets by foot. The hotel organised trips are good and taxis are easy.
“I,m from Europe ,Romania, and I recomand this hotel to all travelers”
The Hotel is not exactly in the hart of shoping area, but is close, around ten minutes walking, and a metro station very close, taxi is chip and metro tiket the same,if you want to go to the aeroport, you can get the bus for 150 HK dollar, wich is 20 american dollar. The morning buffet is very good,in european style, and you have a snack starting to 5,30 pm,I can say decent.
“will stay there again.”
The Hotel, from the moment u arrived at the lobby someone was there to meet and greet u each and everyday. Check in was hassle free. Room was easy to find and spotless. Room and Maid service were excellent. The room was prefect size and all mod cons. The location of Hotel was close to all amenties, no problem getting about. Breakfast was amazing and food delicious. Cannot fault it all. Will stay again and have recommended it to all my travelling friends.
“A Little Treasure”
Having used the Expedia review guide in order to choose a hotel in Hong Kong we were not dissapointed. This hotel is a little gem! Although not the biggest, and the rooms small by western standards,it proved to be a fantastic base for our week stay. It's location on Nathan Road and proximity to the Jordan MTR was perfect. The hotel itself is modern and the rooms very comfortable. The staff were fantastic and always happy to help no matter what. Our top tip would be to pay the extra and book an executive room, enabling you obtain breakfast in the morning and access to exectutive bar between 1730-1930 for free drinks and nibbles. We would recommend this hotel to any traveller.
“The small posh HonkgKong Hotel”

“Real Hong Kong?”
We stayed at the Eaton in May 2007 and had a lovely time. We arrived in HK very early at 09.00 and our room was ready even though check-in isn't usually until 14.00. The room was small but had everything we needed including tea/coffee facilities, tolietries etc and it was all re-stocked when the room was made up. The bed was a king and extremely comfy with a lovely duvet and fluffy pillows, and the view from the 11th floor was pretty fab too, although there was a bit of road noise as we were on the flyover side of the hotel but we slept through no problem. Breakfast was included and there was a great choice in the Club lounge from eggs, salmon & bacon to cereal and pastries. We had access to the pool and gym but didn't find time to use them. The Eaton was a good base from which to explore the residential part of HK. Nathan Road ran practically right down to the harbour and there were a million shops to stop off in on the way. Probably took us about 2 hours to get from one end to the other due to discovering new malls on the way!! The back streets were good for bargain hunting too and we were right by the top of Temple Street Night Market. We spent 3 nights here then moved over the harbour to Central and it was good to see the other side of HK. Very reasonable for the price we paid.
