“Great hotel”
We found the hotel very comfortable. The room was compact, but enough room for us. We had a family quad room, which enabled our two children to have their own beds. This was the only hotel in Hong Kong we could find that enabled all 4 of us to stay in one room. The hotel is clean, the service was fantastic and it was easy to get to the train, markets and shopping malls.
“Excellent Service”
What impressed me most about the Cosmo Mongkok is the quality of service from all levels of their staff. Anyone observed carrying luggage will be immediately approached by a staff member ready to assist you with your luggage. Ask them any question and they will go out of their way to take their time to answer it for you. Although the staff was all Chinese, they are very fluent in English.

Nice location, just opposite McDonalds on one side and a Church on the other. Good overall service and pleasing staff at the lobby.
“Cosmo Hotel”
My first impression of the hotel was excellent. The only issue I had was the having two double beds in one room. The room is so small that you will need to open your suitcase on the bed. I chose this hotel for the location as it was close to the Mong Kok markets and the railway. At the end of the day - it is just a place to sleep. Since you will be spending most of your time sightseeing around the place. Overall the service was excellent - They have a free shuttle that runs on the hour to pick up and drop off hotel guest at particular points in the city. This I found very useful. If you are worried about the food - there is a MacDonald's that runs 24/7 right outside the hotel if you just felt like having a burger. I would recommend to take as little as possible as I found out that I could have just got everything at the Mong Kok Markets. My friend fell ill from something he ate but the staff were so wonderful. They came every hour to check up on to make sure he was okay. An Ambulance was on standby if we needed it. Awesome Awesome Service I say. The rooms are small but you will get over it. Cheers
“A Nice Hotel at a Good Rate”
The Cosmo Kowloon appears to be a fairly new hotel with a modern feel to it. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Within walking distance is Olympic Station where there is also a large shopping complex. Immediately outside the hotel, there are many shops and places to eat. Like many hotels in Hong Kong, Cosmo offers a free shuttle service to popular locations in the city. The Airport Link bus service stops at this hotel and costs $130 HK.
“Trip to HK”
Lobby staffs are always willing to help. They will help carry heavy shopping bags to the elevator; give you directions and transportation tips; catch a taxi for you during traffice hours. They are professional, friendly and polite. This is a hotel i will stay again next time, and highly recommanded to family and friends.
“Just do it”
Hong Kong is a beautiful place but to really experience the culture Mongkok is definately the way to go. 5 min walk to Ladies Market, Langham place mall and the Mongkok MTR. Alternatively 3 min walk the other way to Olympic MTR and Olympian City 1,2 and 3. The local food is delicious and for westerners McDonalds is across the walk. The door is opened as you walk towards the hotel. Room attendants make your bed, bring you water, freshen your towels and tidy your rooms daily. The concierge gives you a smile and directions to anywhere in the city and the free wifi in the lobby means that youll be surrounded by likeminded travellers anytime of the day. Just book this hotel is a gem and is well worth the money.
“Family traveling in HK”
We booked the family room months in advance because was one of the larger rooms at a great value. while travelling HK with a 4yr old and a 1.5 yr old is not fun, this room was quite relaxing with a spinning tv in the middle, power curtains, and large shower area. With one queen, and two twin beds, we slept quite well. Keep this in mind tho, the regular rooms are half the family size. If you plan on having more than two people staying in one room, you need to book the family room ! oh, there's a cozy little gym with new equipment (one cycle, one runner, one eliptical, a bench and free weights to 25lbs) with tv monitors on them. Another side note: to my surprise, the manager stopped by with a small box of snacks and a white Cosmo teddy bear for the kids shortly after we checked in. not sure if this was a special case or not?
