Checked in but room wasn't ready, they stored luggage while we toured the area. As hotel has only been open a year, cab driver did not know where it was. We found it by chance walking down Jaffe St.
Rooms were nice and spacious. Free use of cell phone and mini-iPad nice touches.
Shower drain didn't work that well, so the next day the front staff immediately moved use to another up-graded room. My wife and I were amazed at their immediate attention to our plight.
Front staff were very helpful in giving directions /maps for subway travel, and recommending sights to see.
Nice hotel, nice rooms, fantastic employees.
Already recommended hotel to my colleagues who will be coming in the future.

Chose this hotel as I wanted to stay somewhere different (usually stay in Kowloon). Only a one night stay as I was passing through, but wish I could have stayed at this hotel longer! It was a haven from the chaos outside, brilliant air-con too which was essential as it was about 40c degrees outside. The decor is "unique" but quite fun, although the couch isn't comfortable the bed was. Staff were super helpful and nothing was too much trouble, also upgraded me to a one bedroom suite. Free wine in the evening was a nice bonus too. Can't wait to come back.

Room is clean and spacious in relation to Hong Kong & its space constraints.
Location is rather central but not in the heat of things, 10 minutes walk to Causeway Bay MTR / Times Square.
Got a twin sharing room had more than enough space to comfortably lay 2 huge luggages flat on the floor. Even the toilet is spacious.
Staff were helpful with directions and recommendations
Only grief would be there wasn't any hidden wardrobe space & the rack for hanging our clothes was next to one of the beds. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel

Modern hotel with large beds for Hong Kong standards (queen size). Rooms are well appointed, like mini apartments. It's a boutique rather than full service hotel, so not many amenities in the building. Two blocks from Sheung Wan metro.
