The staff were incredibly helpful in booking transport, making reservations on our behalf and making suggestions for child friendly activities. We were impressed with how large our room was and had a truly wonderful stay!

The hotel is older, but very nicely updated to give modern amenities - exactly what I'm looking for in an old city like Prague. The view was across the water of Charles Bridge and the Prague Castle/Cathedral. Amazing. Right on the Edge of Old Town, it was a quick walk to sights, shops, restaurants, etc. Everyone working there was great, but Kirill, at the night desk, was particularly amazing. Super helpful, great problem solver. I will be staying here again.
