You must have the wrong place. We DO NOT have hallways HAVE NEVER HAD a blocked sink and DON'T allow animals in the units. We have never received a complaint of this nature. EXPEDIA REMOVE THIS it is clearly not us and is false and misleading.

Stopforths is a modern take on a Motel. All we did when we designed it was make it the kind off place we would like to stay in. Not to everyone's liking the design etc however we think it fits a happy medium.

There is a lot we can't change where we are etc but service and quality rooms is something we won't be changing. Times are tough in this game and we value your business and the fact you took time to do this review.

all studios have a desk for business with a nice chair and powerpoint etc. All studios are soundproofed air conditioned and spacious :)

Thanks for the review. The resource management act dictated what we are allowed with signage etc you are not the first to point this out.

You arrived after 11pm with no prior arrangement. You remonstrated because the office wasn't open at 11pm. You were advised on arrival checkout was 10am. At 1030am you were still in bed and we politely asked you to vacate as the room was booked and our staff needed to clean the room. Your husband/partner was very polite and apologetic.
