Palm Garden Beach Resort and Spa offers 188 air-conditioned accommodations with minibars and safes. Rooms open to balconies. 21-inch LCD televisions come with premium satellite channels and complimentary TV Internet access. Bathrooms include handheld showerheads, bathrobes, slippers, and makeup/shaving mirrors.
Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access. Business-friendly amenities include desks, complimentary newspapers, and direct-dial phones. Additionally, rooms include complimentary bottled water and coffee/tea makers. A nightly turndown service is provided and housekeeping is offered daily. Palm Spa has 16 treatment rooms. Services include massages, facials, body treatments, and manicures and pedicures. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including hydrotherapy. This garden view spa is equipped with a sauna.

“Joshua Turner”
It's a lovely hotel right on a perfect beach. Dinner is a little expensive, but there are neighbours to go to. The rooms are a bit tight for a family of four too. The pool is great and hopefully the management has taken the advice of making the deep side of the pool into the smoking side for the sake of families.

hoi ann itself is really charming. the outskirts have a lot of building work going on and quite a long way to go until this would be a "top" resort. The journey from the airport is a bit grim The actual resort though was lovely and the courtesy bus into Hoi Ann was efficient and only took a few minutes.

The staff were very friendly and willing to help. The pool was beautiful but to cold to swim. The room was only a standard room but plenty big enough.
“Great resort hotel on the beach”
Nice hotel with a good shuttle service taking you into Ancient Hoi An. The hotel should put the last pick up shuttle a little later so you can enjoy a nice dinner without the expense of a taxi. 8:30 is too early. The grounds are perfect and lovely location on the beach.
“Palm Garden”
Just a couple of comments. The room was great...apart from the fact that the bathroom was screened off from the bedroom by woodedn shutters. The noise and smells weren't that welcome. Also if you are booking on, try and get a room with some outside area to sit in. We didn't and I regretted that. Another tip, don't order the chicken with lemongrass and chilli stir fry. It isn't a stir fry, its more like a curry and it was very fatty, the chicken had the skin left on. Finally, the staff in the breakfast area weren't very cheerful. They seemed grumpy. Apart from the above comments we had a lovely 6 days at the resort. It is good value for money, not really.4 star but very comforable.

Personnel très serviable et situation idéale avec une navette de l'hôtel qui nous emmène en ville plusieurs fois par jour. La plage est magnifique: un vrai coin de paradis.
“Tackier than you'd think”
We expected to love Palm Gardens, but found it to be rather kitschy and unappealing. Sappy music seeped out over the gardens, the rooms were just average, and it felt impersonal and cold. The beach is FANTASTIC, and we loved the nearby town of Hoi An. Shuttle buses run infrequently into town, and the directions for where to catch the bus were incomprehensible. There are lots of other hotels nearby for less money, and we wished we'd been at any one of them.
