"What an amazing find! So happy to have picked the NH hotel in Heidelberg for our stopover en route to Bavaria.
The check in experience was both efficient and informative. The member of staff was very friendly and pointed us to the off site partner restaurant when we asked about dining options. (We took her up on her recommendation and would recommend it to anyone who liked Italian cuisine. )
Our room was easy to find. We had booked a family room with a king size bed and a sofa bed for our child. It was a very big space with high ceilings.
Upon entering our room we found some complimentary sweets on the side, with a welcome note and a cute little NH branded rubber duck on the sofa bed which my child adored. The room was very clean. There was ample hanging space in the built in wardrobe, a mini bar, a safe, a coffee machine and a TV. The bathroom was in very good condition and also clean. There was a selection of complimentary shampoo etc. and a hair dryer. Great water pressure. There is complimentary WiFi and you access further hotel info via a QR code. We booked with breakfast. The breakfast buffet selection was amazing. There were also an array of vegan and veggie food. All fresh, croissants crisp, warm food fresh and warm. The staff check on you and the food all the time. Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had and we’ve now booked to stay at another NH hotel in Brussels and joined the NH loyalty program. (It was that great a hotel experience indeed!) Highly recommend. "
