Room was not properly supplied. Two guests and the room had 2 bath towels,1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. All linens were stained. Floors not swept. I understand the building is being remodeled but rooms should still be clean and tidy.

The property was under remodel. Rooms were a mess hallways were a mess outside parking lot was a mess. Construction work going on until 830 or so at night door slamming at all hours from anywhere from 2 o’clock in the morning till 4 o’clock in the morning Would not recommend this at all

Honestly I've stayed in worse but the curtains were ripped and wouldn't shut. The breakfast wasn't good. They were working on the hotel while we were there so hopefully it gets better.

The lobby area was dusty, no one at front desk for about 10 minutes. Asked for early check in and rudely advised no room available with out reviewing system. The pool was out of service the reason we choose this hotel when asked front staff was service for a couple hours was advised been out of service for a while.

I had to have an early check-in and staff was very accommodating. The room was worn and not in the best condition but everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Centrally located and close to shopping and restaurants. Happy with my stay.

I booked a King suite, it did have a King bed but there was nothing "suite" about the room. Go into the bathroom there were big rust spots in toilet bowl that could have been cleaned, the bath tub was brown from not being scrubbed when cleaned, therefore you have dirt and grime upon dirt and grime that after time just set in tub when not cleaned properly. My wife and I both work in the hotel industry(my wife being executive housekeeper). Overall it was terrible! We booked 3 night stay but left a day early.

Not so pleasant
Curtain had a giant tear so was not able to close and I was on the ground floor. Was also woken up by the police knocking on the door next to my room at 230am. Apparently the place will be renewed soon

This hotel was horrible!!! First off the pool was closed. The whole hotel smelled like paint and paint thinner. There was over spray on all the doorknobs. And carpet. There was mold on the bathroom rail and edges. There was no screen on our third story room. Dogs were barking inside, front desk was notified several times. Microwave didn’t work. Coffee was cold. The worse stay in a long time. No stars!!

I have always been happy with this chain until this stay. The only towel in the bathroom was torn and tattered. There was mildew on the shower curtain. The sheets had mildew spots on the edges. I could see that are updating rooms and hopefully this is just one that has not been done yet.

We stayed at this property because it is Pet Friendly. However, Pet Friendly should not negate having a clean place to stay, especially since these days motels charge extra for pets. We mistakenly assumed these charges would be applied to cleaning. The motel is very, very dirty. Hallways have not been vacuumed or shampooed in a very long time. The Hallway carpets are covered in dried dog urine, dirt and debris. Our room was not any better. We only stayed here because it was a last minute trip to attend a funeral. We had driven 5 hours to make it in time for the funeral. Had to get a room for the night while on the drive. Could not wait to leave this LaQuinta. Hated the fact that our two little dogs had to be on these filthy floors and, of course, ourselves. Will NEVER stay at a LaQuinta EVER again. In the past we always stayed at Pet Friendly LaQuintas and they were always clean and well maintained. Things have changed drastically with this motel chain.

It’s so dirty , they put us in a room where the paint all over the room , and it smells so bad I was so tired to complain . But they shouldn’t do this to consumers specially with kids My child couldn’t sleep coughing from this smell of the room . Let see if they can do something to compensate us

Check-in was easy but our keycards wouldn't work in the door. We had been driving 9 hours and had to wait for a staff member. She finally came and had to assign us a room on another floor. The rooms on that floor were being painted so we smelled paint all night, and at first the lamps wouldn’t work until staff flipped a breaker back on. The bathroom needs updating and there were other minor issues, but the beds were comfortable and there was a free, full hot breakfast. When renovations are complete it will be much nicer.

The hotel looked very nice and the lobby was clean. However I wasn't informed the pool was down for renovations until after I paid. The check in staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was disgusting and uncomfortable. We took showers and left to stay somewhere else. Would not recommend and the staff should be ashamed at the how poorly they do their job. It was a waste of money and I did not feel comfortable staying there's especially with my children.

So im on a long road trip and I wanted to save a little money. I chose this place. Sadly I have to say, you get what you pay for. The floor lamp didn't work, someone had unpluggedthe tv so they came and fixed it. There was no lamp on one side of the bed. The place is a little tired.
