“Great value, convenient location.”
Great location, convient to Sullivan's Cove/Salamanca as well as CBD. Lots of good restaurants and site-seeing operators nearby.
“efficient”
All I wanted was a quick stay and as long as it's clean it's good. It's very clean, although the room is on the smaller size, it's pretty good. Everything looks new. It probably got remodeled recently. I like my mountain view.
“Comfortable, Clean & Convenient”
This is a friendly, comfortable hotel. It is centrally located and my standard room was clean, comfortable and well appointed (it appeared to have been recently renovated). The staff were friendly and helpful and in addition to getting an extremely attractive room rate, the hotel offered free cable internet during my stay. All in all, I was very satisfied with this hotel and would recommend it for business or holiday travellers. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely Room, friendly service, room service finishes at 9pm, car parking is a little squeezy

Our room on the second floor overlooking pedestrian crossings on Macquarie and Harrington streets was noisy. Earplugs did the trick and gave us a good night's sleep. Location great for walking to waterfront and market.
“Great Location, Good Stay”
Room is very clean and comes with heater, LCD TV, bar fridge, coffee making facilities and a modern bathroom. As for service, staff are nice. Restaurant was closed for renovation so nothing to say. Lifts can be improved as they are slow. They also charge $2 per luggage if you need to leave it behind after checkout which I am not happy about. You never see this charge in any other hotels or motels. As for location, it is very conveniently located near the city and only 2 blocks away from the Saturday Salamanca Market.

Great location, right in the middle of Hobart. Room overpriced for what was offered. Restaurant not open for lunch or dinner. Nice lounge/foyer area. Safe to walk around at night. TV occasionally turned itself on. Plenty of lighting in room. Quirky elevator.

need to work on the lift long waits and very slow Very Very small bathrooms not enough room to turn around in. Veiw on the 9th floor very good Staff are very helpful and always on call.
