“Great locatio”
Great location. The 3 head massage shower was excellent. Plenty of places to eat.
“Great location with great harbor view”
Very pleased with the entire experience. Just be aware that Morton's in not part of the hotel. Take lots of cash or credit card.
“Loved this Place”
My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton Saigon Hotel for 11-days in a Club Studio room at the Grand Tower with access to the Club Lounge on the 5th floor. It was worth every dollar. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. Our meals were included i.e. breakfast, snacks in the lounge, afternoon teas, cocktails in the louge (happy hour) and dinner. The Grand Tower Reception staff explained the benefits and ammenities that were included as a part of our stay. This was really helpful. We had trouble getting to sleep our first night in Ho Chi Minh City because we were not used to city noises. When we mentioned it to the hotel staff, they showed us different rooms that were available, if we chose to change our room location. Some of the choices they gave us were upgraded suites. Although we decide to stay in our room, we really appreciated the effort they made to make sure we were happy. I would recommend to friends and family to definitely stay at this hotel. I cannot wait to go back next year.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff friendly we stayed in a suite which was ok but nothing to special.. Overall a 3 night stay here is probably all you would need to see Ho Chin. The hotels location was perfect with many options around to eat and experience Vietnamise cruisine.
“Saigons Best Hotel”
Great place to stay. The hotel is located in the center of downtown Saigon and is within walking distance to most tourist attractions/shopping. The hotel staff is simply great. They are very focused on you having an enjoyable stay and are extremely helpful. Definitely visit the Day Spa on the 5th floor. Well worth the trip. The restaurants at the hotel are very good and offer a nice variety. The breakfast buffet at the hotel is very impressive.

Hotel is 5 Star all the way. The staff was excellent. The room was large and everything spotless.

Excellent service, very hospitable staffs and good food. A couple of satellite channels (Korean) must be fixed though!
